connotes darkness that is ever present in the album.
The only text is a small white font saying the band
name and the album title. The cover is very
minimalistic which contrasts Gorillaz usual album
covers and their music style. From the cover I
would expect more of a male target audience
because the darkness of the cover and the lack of
detail would typically attract a male audience. I
quite like this minimalism and simplicity of the cover
as it creates an ambiguous feel with many
unknowns of what the album style could be an has
more of an effect when you see the artwork inside.

3. Inside the digipak it is more what you would
expect from Gorillaz. There are pictures of
each character from the band. This will
please fans of the band that were expecting
artwork on the cover as Gorillaz are well
known as being an animated band and their
next artwork or videos are highly anticipated.
Each member has a double sided panel to
themselves which a different facial expression
on each side.
