Practicalities of live sessions
• Please do not share personal details on group
chat/presentations
• Everyone will be on mute whilst the presentation
is taking place

What you need - REMINDER
• Access to a computer/laptop or tablet essential
• Internet
• Webcam/video/sound capability – Assessments on
Friday
• Photo ID – Assessments on Friday
If you only have a mobile phone or just a tablet – You
need to email so we can check device capability of
doing assessments whilst in a live session.
This is a requirement of completing the end
assessments

Access Moodle to complete the following;
• Exploring transferrable skills from different careers – 2 activities;
1. Read through skills from different careers presentation
2. Complete ‘Exploring occupational areas – Assessment’
After lunch;
• Working within the NHS Trust – 2 activities;
1. Read job information/job description and why work for the NHS documents
2. Complete ‘Working within the NHS Trust – Assignment 1’
Feedback so far…
• Occupational Areas Activity – All submitted and all have been marked
• Majority have been able to answer each question accurately and with detail
• Some answers are rushed and have not included details where it has asked for a
description
• Assignment 1 - All have been marked that were submitted yesterday.
Some not submitted
• There are some really good submissions coming through which show a good
understanding by providing clear examples
• Others are single sentence responses
• Being able to provide detailed examples is key to a really good application
• Values are really important to the NHS – Understanding how you can achieve them
in your role is key and will come up during interview
