This document describes prototypes for simulation training during academics and time management training to help with the school to work transition.
For the simulation training, students participated in mock organizational activities like meetings and assignments. Feedback found it helpful but needing longer duration and clearer objectives. A recent graduate also provided feedback after observing.
For time management training, students found it useful to learn how to balance professional and personal life. It was suggested this type of training could start earlier, in school. Analyses found both prototypes helped students develop skills but could be improved with longer duration and involvement of faculty and companies.
