This document presents the design and development of a low-cost stair-climbing robot, inspired by the human leg, utilizing an Arduino platform and various components like servo motors and an 11.1V lithium-ion battery. The robot's innovative design allows it to automatically adjust to different stair heights through integration with an Android device and OpenCV for height detection. The authors emphasize the potential applications of this technology in various fields such as disaster management, industrial automation, and healthcare.
