This document contains an algorithm and Python program to perform selection sort on a list of integers. The algorithm has 14 steps that take an input list, find the maximum value in each pass, swap it with the end element, and repeat until the list is sorted. The Python program defines a selectionsort function, takes user input for the number of elements and values, calls the function to sort the initial list, and prints the sorted output. It runs the program twice with different input lists and displays the expected sorted output both times.
