facilities and new gas pipeline from LGAST to PML 2 in Labuan.
This Procurement, Construction and Commissioning package 1 (PCC #2) work scope
comprises the following scope of work:
• 12-inch Export Gas Pipeline from LGAST to GRT-2.
• 8-inch Fuel Gas Pipeline From GRT-1 to GRT-2
• 6-inch Condensate Line from GRT-1 to GRT-2
1.1 Detail Scope of Work
The Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work to be performed by
PBJV under the project is covering the following scope:
a) Project and General Site Management Services.
b) Review of all drawings and documents for completeness and constructability.
c) Site preparation, route survey, construction of Temporary Facilities and liaison
with the local authority.
d) Procurement of material, including logistic, handling, temporary storage and
controlling at site, which shall include transportation of Free Issue Material
from a location that will be detailed out during the contract execution.
e) Carry out site clearance for the pipeline route ROW and prepare linepipes
stockpile area.
f) Handling and stringing of linepipes at the fabrication area.
g) Carry out welding and stack on the rollers before pipepulling.
h) Perform Hydrotesting and Pre-Commissioning work for the whole length of
completed pipeline.

5. i) Perform follow-on construction engineering and updating them into the As
Built documentation.
j) Prepare Final Documentation compilation and provide the project Close Out
Report.
PBJV objective is to perform major part of Engineering, Planning and Procurement
activities in Shah Alam Office and installation, erection, tie-ins, hook-up Inspection,
Testing Commissioning and Documentation of this project fully at Labuan project site in
accordance with the execution methodology as described herein. The objective is to
