Piping Field Engineer, on deputation to Reliance Industries limited for LDPE and LLDPE project at their
J3 Jamnagar site.
Responsibilities:
 Planning and organizing all aspect of piping engineering activities.
 Keep the lead engineer apprised of various activities and concerns.
 Preparation of construction isometrics from design Isos form installation point of view and smooth
monitoring of spools status.
 Maintain close coordination with procurement department for timely delivery of piping materials (Pipes

Piping Field Engineer May 2012 to April 2013
Singapore, Brazil.
Project summary
Piping and mechanical commissioning engineer with experience of TLWP process platform commissioning.
P-61 Papa Terra project in Brazil for Petrobras. Project was to build topside and Hull for oil drilling and
production lines connected to FPSO. Total project duration was 4 years. Piping scope was of close to 400
lines which include process lines and utility lines. All the lines were further broken down in about 4800
spools. Hydro testing of all the pipe work was completed in 325 test packs. N2-He leak testing of
hydrocarbon and critical lines was done in 22 test packs. Total manpower involvement was 100 people
including sub-contractor and vendor personal. Diesel lines connected to generators and stainless steel were
chemically cleaned by third party vendors. 3 Ea. 18” final production process lines were connected to P-63
FPSO for further processing and off-loading.
Responsibilities:
 Development of detail and micro schedule Pre-commissioning/commissioning activities in conjunction
with project Pre com/comm coordinator.
 Identification of the resources like personal, equipment, materials, spares and consumables necessary to
carry out the tasks.
 Identification and coordination of vendor assistance during commissioning and hiring of specialized test
equipments.
 Identification and coordination of subcontractor needed to perform specialized activities like pigging,
N2-He leak testing, chemical cleaning, torquing/tensioning and hydraulic system flushing.
 Preparation of various procedure like functional test procedure, chemical cleaning, N2-He leak testing.
 Preparation of equipment that require preservation.
 Clearing and managing the discipline punch list.
 Coordination of discipline pre-commissioning/commissioning activities in yard and off shore.
 Issuing progress report and managing interface with subcontractor with regards to discipline pre-
commissioning/commissioning activities.

Piping Field Engineer September 2010 to March 2011
Batam, Indonesia
Project Summary
Piping completion engineer for Topside of Chevron Platong gas II project, Thailand. Total platform weight
was 17,000 tons. Pipe scope was of about 1100 lines, which includes process and utilities line. Pipe work
was made up of materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super duplex, LTCS etc. All the piping
systems were hydro tested in 725 test packs. It took approximately 1,000,000 Man-Hours to complete all
the piping activities.
Responsibilities:
 Review of test packs based on sub system priorities.
 Lead a group of line walker responsible for mechanical completion. Organize line walker based on the
priority test packs.
 Coordinate with production team to clear all “A” punch lists prior to hydro testing. Reinstatement of
pipe work as per the test packs.
 Coordinate with production team to clear all “B” punch lists prior to commissioning. Ensure that all
scheduled test packs must be deliver in time.
 Liaise with production team and subcontractor to solve day to day issues. Coordinate and assist
production for the preparation of leak testing activities including flange management prior to leak
testing.

Project Summary
Piping field Engineer for FPSO modules fabrication of Peregrino Maersk project, Brazil. Total modules
weight was about 6,500 metric tons. Pipe scope was of approximately 700 lines, which includes process and
utilities line. Pipe work was made up of all sort of material like carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex, Super
duplex, LTCS etc. All the piping systems were hydro tested in about 450 test packs. It took about 650,000
Man-Hours to complete all the piping. All the modules were assembled in Keppel yard in Singapore
Responsibilities:

area in Azerbaijan. Total wt of the topside was about 14,000 tonnes. Structural scope was of about1,
500,000 man-hrs. These include all the man-hrs require from material procurement, warehousing,
preparation of detail construction drawing for each member of primary and secondary structure, pre-
fabrication of structural member, assembly of small modules in the workshop, integration of all the modules
in the site and installation of tertiary structural items like stairs, ladders, handrail, gratings, pipe supports
and other misc. work to final handover to client.
Responsibilities:
 Construction project engineering, Office and field project management and Supervision. Directing and
controlling the fabrication and installation of Topside platforms.
 Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Structural discipline
deliverables such as Shop drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions and etc. during the phases of
the project.
 Responsible for planning, organizing and delegation of work to discipline engineers and drafting
department.
 Review and approval of all vendor documents and drawings.
 Responsible for material procurement scope and material control for the projects.
 Representing Contractor in co-ordination with Discipline Heads/Project Team for monitoring of
Company Standards and quality.
 Responsible for technical meetings with Clients, PMT, Operations, Yard etc. and maintaining cordial
relationship with all parties involved in the projects.
 Close interaction with Operation to resolve installation issues during installation phase.
 To review any design work carried out by third parties (vendors), and to participate in, Reliability
Studies, Safety and Facilities Technical audits.
 To prepare engineering, construction and material estimation, schedule and resource planning.

Maintenance engineer of Furnace and Hot area of KOP (Sabic and Exxon JV), petrochemical complex in
Al-Jubail in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Periodic maintenance of 07 Ea. Gas fired furnace (Supplied by ABB
Lummus) and exchangers for decoking. In charge for Furnace and hot area for 2 months Turn Around job.
Responsibilities:
 Preparation of job packages for maintenance of furnace, heat exchangers, Quench tower, columns and
boilers which includes preparation of drawing for equipment isolation, Manpower, Machinery and Tools &
Tackles required.
 To prepare Special procedures and task risk assessment.
 To organize scaffolding for equipment Isolation, Insulation removal or Installation.
 Planning and arrangement for the safety gears like gas testers, respirators, SCBA, Fire Extinguisher and
Safety harness.
 Review of QC Plans and Hold points required during different stage of execution.
 Preparation of (sketches & fabrication) of Manifolds, Air blower, Holders and Arrangement of hoses.
Arrangement of permanent material like Exchanger Gaskets, valve Internals, Gland packing, Trays, Bubble
caps, Clamps, demisters and other fasteners etc. required for job completion.
 Review the Bar-chart and to give comments or suggestion for any additional requirement / supports.
 During turn around attend the daily meetings, close monitoring of jobs and preparation of daily progress
report.
 Close coordination with different department / vendor like valve shop, hydro jetting crew, QC, Operation,
Engineering, Safety, warehouse and other third parties.
 Creating Awareness and enforcing the safety measures to provide a safe working environment at work site.
 Finally close out of all the job packages.
 Follow company safety plans and procedure.

Piping Field Engineer August 2013 to January 2016 Jamnagar, India Project summary Piping Field Engineer, on deputation to Reliance Industries limited for LDPE and LLDPE project at their J3 Jamnagar site. Responsibilities:  Planning and organizing all aspect of piping engineering activities.  Keep the lead engineer apprised of various activities and concerns.  Preparation of construction isometrics from design Isos form installation point of view and smooth monitoring of spools status.  Maintain close coordination with procurement department for timely delivery of piping materials (Pipes and pipe fittings) for piping spools fabrication. Piping inline items like valves, strainers, Control valves etc. for installation purpose.  Working closely with warehouse department for proper preservation of pipes, fittings, valves and other items in the lay down area. FloaTEC (Contracted through Brunel, Singapore) Piping Field Engineer May 2012 to April 2013 Singapore, Brazil. Project summary Piping and mechanical commissioning engineer with experience of TLWP process platform commissioning. P-61 Papa Terra project in Brazil for Petrobras. Project was to build topside and Hull for oil drilling and production lines connected to FPSO. Total project duration was 4 years. Piping scope was of close to 400 lines which include process lines and utility lines. All the lines were further broken down in about 4800 spools. Hydro testing of all the pipe work was completed in 325 test packs. N2-He leak testing of hydrocarbon and critical lines was done in 22 test packs. Total manpower involvement was 100 people including sub-contractor and vendor personal. Diesel lines connected to generators and stainless steel were chemically cleaned by third party vendors. 3 Ea. 18” final production process lines were connected to P-63 FPSO for further processing and off-loading. P.T.McDermott Piping Field Engineer September 2010 to March 2011 Batam, Indonesia Project Summary Piping completion engineer for Topside of Chevron Platong gas II project, Thailand. Total platform weight was 17,000 tons. Pipe scope was of about 1100 lines, which includes process and utilities line. Pipe work was made up of materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super duplex, LTCS etc. All the piping systems were hydro tested in 725 test packs. It took approximately 1,000,000 Man-Hours to complete all the piping activities. Responsibilities:  Review of test packs based on sub system priorities.  Lead a group of line walker responsible for mechanical completion. Organize line walker based on the priority test packs.  Coordinate with production team to clear all “A” punch lists prior to hydro testing. Reinstatement of pipe work as per the test packs.

P.T.McDermott Piping Field Engineer December 2008 to September 2010 Batam, Indonesia Project Summary Piping field Engineer for FPSO modules fabrication of Peregrino Maersk project, Brazil. Total modules weight was about 6,500 metric tons. Pipe scope was of approximately 700 lines, which includes process and utilities line. Pipe work was made up of all sort of material like carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex, Super duplex, LTCS etc. All the piping systems were hydro tested in about 450 test packs. It took about 650,000 Man-Hours to complete all the piping. McDermott Caspian Contractor STRUCTURAL FIELD ENGINEER October 2005 to November 2007 Baku, Azerbaijan Project Summary Structural Engineer experienced in construction of Topside platforms for AIOC, Chirag gas development area in Azerbaijan. Total wt of the topside was about 14,000 tonnes. Structural scope was of about1, 500,000 man-hrs.
