Duties:
 Carried out QC Inspection based on approved drawing, standard and client specification for instant,
material receiving, marking and layout, welding fit-up, welding inspection (before, during and after)
and final inspection.
 Incoming material Inspection (Mill Certificates Check, Record Heat Number, Check Dimensional) and
Material Verification Report (Piece mark Recorded and Dimensional Checked).
 Witness and verify all inspection and testing activities including material receiving, welder
qualification test (WQT), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) testing, Non - Destructive Testing
(NDT), blasting & painting, dimensional check, insulation, hydro test to ensure compliance with
approved project procedures specification, code & standard, regulation of authority and
construction drawing.
 Specific duties include plan, direct, supervise and control the various aspects of technical services
activities including maintenance management and procurement.
 Prepare job proposals, estimating and tender documentations.
 Lead, manage and provide advice as necessary for the overall project progress to ensure high quality

inspection.
 Site Engineer for POLYPLASTIC Shutdown 2014 with the scope of work remove & install and perform
servicing for 78 units LV motor and 2 units HT motor for Sleeve Bearing Inspection.
 As a Service engineer for Provision of overhaul and servicing work for HT motor (11Kv, 2.7MW) from
PETRONAS MLNG, Sarawak.
 Person in Charge to monitor PPM work for the motor, alternator and generator with Price
Agreement contract such as the client (PETRONAS MTBE, PPT, POLYETHYLENE, TCOT, CUFK, and
LYNAS).
 As a Field Engineer to monitor cabling and termination work for Portable Standby Genset at Dulang
