• Manage recruitment of the company:
1. Research proposal, complete recruitment process efficiently and in accordance
with Company policy;
2. Prepare and implement recruitment plans follow the recruitment process:
3. Integrated HR needs on the basis of departmental objectives or results of
human resource planners determine the amount and conditions of

10. Undertake any other duties as appropiate with in competence as required by
Administration Manager and General Director.
