 Member of executive management strategic planning team.
 Advise leadership team on all HR issues.
 Lead an HR department of 10 members.
 Manage Bao Viet’s Healthy insurance for foreigner.

 Manage all activities of canteen, provide meal for all staff.
 Proposal new idea for Director to improve and save cost for HR department.

Recruitment & Training staff
A. Recruitment:
 Identify, recruit, promote, transfer, and retain the right employees at the right time for
the right position as well as all levels of the company. Do the recruitment process: Job
posting, CV screening & short-listing, candidate database & contact, interview
arrangement.
 Conduct preliminary interview for potential candidates, making appropriate short- list
recommendations to departmental managers or HR – Admin manager.
 To making the workers/ staff recruitment plan base on the personnel requisition of
departments.
B. Training:
 Offer orientation for new employee (all company rules & regulations).
 Analyse training needs to build internal/external training plan for company
 Research & contact training centres when & required to arrange external/in-house
training in line with company training schedule & budget
 Making training program and send to all departments concerned
 Organize the training include: review the list of participants, distribution of materials
and training, monitor trainee in training, support trainer in training. Make training list
for employees to sign, take back training documents.
