 Responsible of the ( Performance Development Review System ) process includes
Awareness session for employees, monitoring, follow up progress achievements
monthly and quarterly in the system.
 Working and preparation on all related employees development needs.
 Manage on all related GROW Coaching and feedback program.
 Responsible on all related training program for employees includes ( Internal &
External ( program .
 Working on all relating Development Recruitment Process.
 Responsible for the whole recruitment process that includes CV Analysis, Vacancies
Analysis Source and Selection, Interview appointments, Onboarding, off boarding,

 Preparation of all HR Reports including (Hiring ,Termination, Analysis, Promotion).
