Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Job Description :
Provide analytical assistance to the Chairman in strategic sourcing, new product
development, managing key business relationships and new projects through collection,
collation, analysis and creative presentation of information.
MIS Reports.
Assist theChairman in analysis of regular MIS and highlightrisks and issues associated with
operations and new investments.
Coordinatewith theCEO/CFO/GMsand LineManagers for information and action required
by the Chairman.
Recruitment of Manpower for operational activities and appointment of Contractors /
Vendors for civil and electro-mechanical works.
Strongly coordinate with project team for timely completion of work as per schedule
Looking after administrative jobs including HR activities for the group companies.
Resolving issues facing by the tenants/clients and other service providers.
Scheduling Calendar of Appointments and Meetings
Keeping an intensivetrack on thetravel schedules of theCMD, Action points, Reservation /
accommodation bookings, attending to visitors etc.
Capable of handling office correspondence independently.
Maintaining comprehensive filing system and document Management
To be in touch with the CMD even after the office hours and on holidays.
Organiseand monitor regular interdepartmental meetings on behalf of the Chairman. Set
the agenda, ensure attendance, maintain the minutes and follow-up on actions required.
Manage special and confidential projects for the Chairman from time to time.
Liaise with external parties such as consultants, legal firms, banks and business partners
including Ministries /Government Departments, etc.
Looking after all secretarial and administration jobs of Consulate General for the Republic
of El Salvador in India including organising visa and legal attestation of travellers from India
to El Salvador, Central America.
