A study on credit card usage in Vietnam conducted by Di-Marketing in June 2017 surveyed 410 respondents aged above 18 with a personal income over $300. Key findings reveal that users typically start owning a credit card at age 25, with online payments, shopping abroad, and utility payments being the most common uses; there is also a perception of high interest rates for overdue payments. Recommendations from friends/colleagues significantly influence credit card adoption, and factors like transaction confidentiality and large ATM networks are crucial for users considering opening a credit card.
