2. What hats did I like wearing?

Well this was a most interesting experience! I discovered
that:
I am most comfortable with the blue hat – I like
process and working out how to approach things
I am least comfortable with the red hat, and would
probably just normally gloss over that! I can see it’s
important to acknowledge the emotion now If you want to
encourage real creativity in a team.
3. My insights… black is fun!

The insight I found is that the black hat can be the
most fun to wear because it allows you to raise a concern
without blaming or affecting the yellow hat effect
(thinking positively). In our team I used it “ Just putting
on the black hat here, have we been too practical in our
solutions?” I found that this was a good way to discuss
the concern without negatively affecting the creative
team dynamic.
