A Crush Course on Creativity, Venture Lab. Assignment: Creative Teams

1. What hat color is most comfortable for you?
I feel more confortable wearing the green hat. I like
create new things and improve others. Creativity is part
of my daily job. I enjoy the process to come up with
original ideas, specially when your imagination go so far
that your idea is crazy and ridiculous but somehow fix to
the purpose.
What is the least comfortable for you?
Definitily the blue hat is no for me. Manage the thinking
process of a grup is too much pressure and
responsability. I am not a good leader.

2. In your next team interaction, try on several different
"hats" and see how they feel. Briefly describe the
experience
We are a pair so was difficult use all the hats. We both used the green one
in order to come up with the 100 solutions, and my partner used the blue
one as well. As I said, I am not a good leader.
We will hardly complete the assignment, therefore we cannot use the black
or the yellow hats. We are focuses in find solutions.
