What hat color is most comfortable for you?- White and Blue
What is the least comfortable for you?- Green
In your next team interaction, try on several different "hats" and see how they
feel. Briefly describe the experience.
In the last assignment, I had to wear the Green hat (Creative). Initially, it was not
easy, but I consciously tried to think creatively and got some assistance from my
team-mate too. He sent me examples of sleeplessness solutions and I could see
the broad range of ideas that he was thinking of. That gave me the impetus to sit
down and brainstorm a long and detailed list of solutions. Good use of the six
hats framework.
