● I think I feel very comfortable with the blue
hat and I like to be very organized with
everything I do, and it always helps to locate
each of the items you need.
● I think I'm fine with black hat, because
sometimes I am very cautious.
● I also feel comfortable with the green hat
because sometimes I am something creative.
● I do not feel very comfortable with white hat
and I'm not very logical.
● Red is my color so I feel very comfortable
with the red hat as I feel that I am somewhat
intuitive and very smart.
● I also feel very good with the yellow hat as I
always say on a brave face and if things go
wrong you have to make them better.

● For this ¨Sleep Problem¨, I tried the
six hats to have the best solutions, so
that when I put on the Green hat, the
ideas came easily. The blue hat helped
me to organize my ideas.
● Working with my team the yellow hat
make me feel more optimistic. The
Black Hat helped me to see the
negative aspects about the problem.
The White and Red Hats helped me to
see the real life about Mexicali´s
weather.

● For the ¨sleep problem¨activity, I
try the six hats on and with the
green hat I felt more comfortable
because I could think on more ideas I
was more creative, etc….
● with the white hat I felt less
comfortable because it didn´t fit as
well as the green hat I could think on
solutions for the problem….

● For the accomplishment of
the ¨sleep problem¨work , I
used the six hats, however, I
felt more comfortable using
the GREEN HAT , because I
came up with new ideas, I
worked on creativity,
alternatives, etc.

the White Hat, because it
seemed to me that this hat
didn’t fit me as well as the
others.
