Conclusion This study indicates that consumer complaints “more than double between 1995 and 1999” in the US airline industry. According to American customer satisfaction index (ACSI) that measures customer’s evaluation of the total purchase & consumption experience on an annual basis. Study shows  customer dissatisfaction in airlines is more than four other industries (banks, stores ,hotels ,phone companies)
Conclusion Poorly understand the concept of “ internal marketing” in the airline industry. Poor state of human resource management in airline industry. Not to communicate important information to their internal customers & also do not provide sufficient internal services.
