This document provides instructions for configuring the basic network elements, OSPF areas, radio links, traffic routing, saving reports and configurations, viewing inventory, and configuring Ethernet switches, WAN, LAN, VLANs, and performing radio link loops on a MINI-LINK TN control system. The default login credentials provided are control_user/view_user with the password Ericsson.

1. Default IP Address

2. Configure Basic NE
Right click>configure>Basic NE As per TND NE Name, Location, Contact,
IP address, Subnet Mask and Default GW
Current date and Time

3. Configure OSPF Areas
onfigure>DCN>OSPF Areas

Right Click>Configure>DCN>

4. Right click MMU2 D>configure>Configure Radio Link
Fill all the parameter as per TND
Configure Radio Link (MMU)

5. Upgrade the Baseline
Right click>Tools>Software Upgrade

6. Select PC>Browse>chose the baseline from list

7. Apply>Next

9. Once 100% done upgrade status the activ

10. Configure Traffic Routing
Right Click>Configure>Traffic Routing

11. Select Interface 1 and Interface 2 as per design slot
and send

12. To Save the TN report
Right click>Tools>Report>Save Repo

13. To Save the Load Configuration
Note: FTP server must be ON/Running
Right click>Configure>Load Configuration
Select Upload to FTP Server and L

14. View The Inventory and Release
Right click>Tools>Inventory

15. Ethernet Switch Configuration
Right Click Ethernet Switch>Configure>General
Select Aging time and Switch m

16. Configure RL-IME
Select RL-IME>Right click>Configure>select the pa

17. Configure WAN
Select WAN Interface>Right click>Configure>General
Connect to Switch Port

18. Configure LAN
Right Click on LAN>Configure>General
Assign the switch port
Admin Status Up

19. Configure VLAN
Right Click on Ethernet Switch>Configure>VLAN

20. Enter the VLAN ID as per Design and Name
Add the port member

21. To View The RSL
Right Click on MMU>Radio link alarm and status

22. To Perform the Loops
Go to Radio Links>Slot>Radio Link Loops
