Power Filter Units, PFU
• DC power distribution to the magazine.
• DC filtering
• Short circuit, polarity and under voltage protection
• One unit is mandatory per magazine, one extra can be added
for DC redundancy
• Redundant PFU function is embedded directly in the AMM 2p B

• Fan unit FAU2 is mandatory in all 6p magazines.
• At least 30 mm free space behind the magazine is needed
for sufficient airflow.
• If the space is less than 30 mm, a free space of 1U should be
free above the magazine.
• All unused slots shall be covered by dummy fronts.
