Michael Dwayne Vick was drafted first overall in the 2001 draft by the Atlanta Falcons. Vick brought
a skill set that the NFL had never seen before. He gave the quarterback a new meaning, besides just

The book Through It All is a novel written by a Caribbean author named Giselle Mills. The book is
based on the life of a Caribbean family. The family resides in the Caribbean island of Nevis. The

This poem creates a scene in which the poet, Li Bai is sitting alone under the moonlight as he sips on
his drink and can share his loneliness with no one but the moon and his shadow. By pointing out that
he is at a flower garden with moonlight shined upon him and a pot of wine by his side, the setting of
the poem is rather pleasant and relaxing. The poet, however, appears to be frustrated because he has
no real friends who are there for him. With a quick thought, Li Bai decides to think the moon and his
shadow as his companion and meanwhile starts to sing and dance with them. The fact that neither the
moon nor his shadow is animated does not bother Li Bai as he slowly gets more involved in the
atmosphere he created for himself, or, in his words, it makes us [them] three . From there on, the poet
does not care about what other people think of him anymore and instead starts to live his life the way
that will not leave behind any regrets. In order to achieve such impression and create an image for the
readers, Li Bai incorporates myriad rhetorical devices in the writing of the poem. Out of all techniques

in 200 B.C we learned how to produce iron on our own. By now iron became essential in
blacksmithing. It also became important in Rome in the early A.D s. It was used in their homes and
wars. But iron mostly had impurities, like carbon and other metals. That was good since those with
impurities were stronger than ones without. In 1786 scientists Gaspard Monge, C. A. Vandermonde,
and Claude Louis Berthollet found an alloy stronger than iron. Steel was a mix of carbon and iron, and
in this age, which can be called the New Iron Age, Iron is the most important metal and mostly used.

My next artifact is a makeup video tutorial video by Kylie Jenner s makeup artist using the same
kyshadow palette. I liked this video because the makeup artist tells the viewer what specific brushes
she is using, what colors she is using and exactly where she is putting them. My final artifact is
another kyshadow makeup video tutorial by Roxette Arisa. I chose this video tutorial because it s not

In the tutorial by Kylie s makeup artist, I feel that it was a combination of my primary picture tutorial
and a video because it had text of the steps but the makeup artist was also explaining what she was
doing which was effective and could be helpful for the viewer. In Roxette s tutorial I liked how she
gave a first impression of the palette and that could make a video more effective for the viewer if they
haven t used the palette yet, or aren t so literate in makeup. I think my primary artifact could ve been
more effective if it was more organized and gave more in depth instructions of the makeup look. It
would also need to include more information about the palette and what specifics the viewer needs to
get this look; then I would feel more confident about using a picture tutorial over a video

The Big Bang Theory What exactly is the Big Bang Theory? I know before starting this essay I knew
very little of what it consisted. I figured that the Big Bang Theory had something to with the era of a
new generation. One in which started after the extinction of dinosaurs to be quite honest. As I learn
more about astronomy, this topic struck an interest and technically the big bang theory isn t something
that occurred but rather something that happened. It started the beginning of what we now call the
universe.
When we ask astronomers what the big bang theory entails, it is simplified as the explanation on how
the universe started or began. The universe was not what it currently is today and in order to
understand our universe we have to obviously start from somewhere so why no start to the beginning?
According to astronomers there is little known about how the universe was started but as far as we
know it started with a gravitational singularity. Singularities are believed to exist at the center of black
holes. The singularities then inflated over the next 13.8 billion years to what we see in the sky today. It
s hard to look back in time and see how the universe came about, but astronomers can somewhat
summarize the birth through mathematical theory and models of how the Big bang theory came about.
Although Astronomers weren t able to see how the universe came about, they are able to see an
expansion through a phenomenon known as the cosmic microwave background which is

James Madison contributed to some of the most simple and complex events that have not been
recognized. For his job well done, I am willing to make those aspects known. The Life of James

intellectual events in the United States. Madison was an intelligent man with bright ideas that helped
this country become the one it is today. With all his appearances to debates, committee meetings, and
being elected in conventions, he was able to present us the federal government we have today and
some of our basic rights. James Madison s life and times, before, during, and after presidency is now
becoming more well known and interpreted. James Madison was born on March 16, 1751, in Port
Conway, Virginia, to Colonel James Madison Sr. and Eleanor Rose Conway. Madison and his siblings
grew up into the Christian religion since his family was very religious. James had eleven other siblings
