The client runs a blog and has written a book about open water swimming and wants the assistant to create a logo, banners, and website mockup to promote their work. The target audience is primarily middle-aged women and men interested in open water swimming. To complete the project, the assistant will use Photoshop to design the logo and banners, and InDesign to create the website mockup. There is no budget or timeline for the project, allowing the assistant flexibility to get feedback and improve their work.

2. CONTENT OUTLINE
• My client: my client runs a blog and has written a book. They go by the name
of Open Water Woman on the internet and they also have all social media
platforms.
• There is a lot of variety in the topics but the main subject is always on
swimming. Some examples of things talked about are training for long swims
to fish in the waters that she swims in.
• What my client wants me to make: as my client is active on all social media I
was asked to make a logo and some banners for them. As well as this my client
wanted to have a website mock up as they have recently purchased there own
web domain and are looking to get someone to make the website for them.

3. TARGET AUDIENCE
• The target audience for the blog and the book are middle aged women primarily with middle
aged men being the second largest group of readers.
• The general audience for open water swimming is very open but has a lot more older people
compared to younger compared to other sports. This can be because of the age caps on some of
the big events as some can be dangerous.

4. RESOURCES
• To make the things that my client wants I will be working mainly on the
compute.
• On the computer I will be using Photoshop for the logo and banners
and then InDesign for the web site mock up. This is all I will need for the
project.

5. PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
AND BUDGET
• I have got no personal requirements for my project. The only thing I
need to think about is contacting my client. I can do this in a lot of
different ways like email or through social media.
• There is no budget for the project. If there where any costs my clients
would be happy to help in paying them as the work is free.

6. SCHEDULE
• My schedule for my work it to have it done by the end of the project. I
hope this will allow me to also get some feedback from multiple
people to make it perfect.
• There is no set time from my client and are in no rush for the work.
This makes it so I can do a lot of improvements to my work to make it
right.
• I think this is because my client already has there social media set up
and a logo they are just looking to improve it and make it more
appealing.
