The Theory Of Human Motivation Essay
Pensions Transfers Summative Coursework Session B60854 Course Start Date: 22 august 16
Submission Deadline: Midday 1 November 16 Candidate C53500. Introduction The theory of human
motivation was introduced in 1943 by psychologist Abraham Maslow as the Hierarchy of needs. Basic
needs like food and shelter once met give rise to psychological needs, which motivate behaviour. To
feel good people, have a bias for instant gratification. The FCA are taking a keen interest in
behavioural economics: as professionals we need to be aware of these issues and not frame our
conversations in such a way that takes advantage of a client s biases. In April 2015 the 2014 taxation
of pensions act came into law labelled pension freedom legislation and allowed pension holders access
to monies held in a pension fund, the fear was people cashing in their pension savings for instant
gratification. This paper will look at a typical male client at retirement aged 65 who has benefits in
both a defined benefit (DB) and an occupational money purchase scheme and critically evaluate why
he may consider pension transfer. Let s assume our client is married and has health issues at
retirement, he is married to his second wife 48 years of age they own their own home with an interest
only mortgage. They have a young child aged 12 and a 25 year old from his first marriage who is
married and has her own family. In considering a transfer from a DB to DC scheme the following

3 December 2015 Author Study: Sir Arthur Conan Doyle The Mastermind Writer
The name of Arthur Conan Doyle has become synonymous with classic detective fiction. Doyle is the

The Multicultural Language
In our world today if one were to look into languages they would find that there are around 6,000
languages. So how did all these languages come to be, how come we have so many? Well to answer
that we need to look at some of the most popular languages in the world. Today the majority language
spoken is Chinese followed by Spanish and then English. These languages all came from another
language and then evolved as the world got bigger and grew older. All languages are divided into a
family. The family is like the main origin of the language. Then that language spreads and changes up
a bit and gets created as a new language. The diffusion of languages is like stated before, things evolve
to adapt to their surroundings, languages shaped up and got either better or worse, people used the
better ones and the worst ones died off, languages that got started in one region may not even still be
in that same region, due to the one word which is changed. Today the popular language, Chinese can
be found spoken by approximately 1,213 million people in China, Taiwan and Singapore. The second
most spoken language, Spanish which has around 329 million speakers can be found in Spain, Latin
America and some in the United States. Lastly the third most spoken language English which has
about 328 million speakers can be found in multiple countries, some of which include the United
States, Australia, New Zealand and the British Isles. Multiculturalism can be defined as different

Amateur Genealog
Was it an ominous secret that needed to be uncovered, a truth that needed vindication, or simply a
fabricated tale initiated by an uncle whose reality had been dimmed by passage of time? For years, the
now deceased uncle had insisted the family surname was not correct and was equally as persistent that
the family name should be another. It didn t help that when immediate family members were asked,
they either didn t want to discuss it, or pleaded having no knowledge about the subject. After so many
years, could the real truth be uncovered?
How do amateur genealogists find connection, or in some cases, disconnection to people? Proving the
uncle wrong may have no impact, but proving him correct could affect several generations. Is it really

Our family genealogist had made a common mistake, one that many people make and have to
acknowledge at a later date. With the availability of computer records, he had gone directly to the
computer for the fastest, and what he thought to be the easiest methods of building a family tree. Our
genealogist found out that that is not always true. Amateur genealogists skip over some of the best
methods for gathering evidence. Genealogy is a field in which older is better and leg work is
important. Begin with what you already know and then search in your community. Spread out from
there. Don t be shy about asking questions and keeping meticulous notes on the answers. The smallest
detail may become the clue to unraveling a mystery later on. Genealogists should talk to as many
older family members as possible. Unlike immediate family members, the older generation is usually
harboring an abundance of knowledge concerning past generations. Begin by engaging them in
conversations about their youth, their family, social issues and norms before asking questions. Always
listen attentively for important clues as they may drop valuable information to you that seems
relatively unimportant to them. Use resources like the old photos, Bibles, attic trunks and other family
heirlooms hidden in the attic or basement; they can contain important information concerning family.
Only after scouring hardcopies of one s personal resources, and after making meticulous notes and
charts, should one branch out. Computers are a great tool for genealogical research, but they should be
used in conjunction with other resources. Our genealogist found that had he been more aggressive in
his community search and asked more questions, he may have found answers sooner. While it is
recommended that one begin with a single surname, family or individual; don t be afraid to branch
out. Branching out to the siblings of his 2nd great grandfather s siblings may have yielded the clues

The Harm of Milk Essay
The Harm of Milk
Got Milk? Well, Austin Powers, Tracy McGrady, Serena Williams, Britney Spears, and even Elvis all
do. But, do they know what they are selling in this Got Milk? Advertisements? The Got Milk?
campaign was based on a milk deprivation strategy that reminded consumers how inconvenient it was
to be without milk. The advertisment made milk a very popular drink because of its attractiveness not
because of the nutrients and health issues. It has been believed by many that milk is needed to have a
strong and healthy body, when actually milk can be extremely harmful and the nutrients needed for a
good body can be found in many other sources.

Most of America¡¯s dairy cows have leukemia virus and after they graze in fields with pesticides their
milk contains a mixture of lethal chemicals (¡°Milk: The Deadly Poison¡±). Equally as important are
the hormones and antibiotics dairy farmers inject into their cows. One hormone, known as
recombinant bovine growth hormone, or rBGH, is injected into many cows to increase milk
production. There is evidence that rBGH assists the growth of tumors in lab animals and it stimulates
another hormone closely connected with breast cancer (¡°The Case against Dairy¡±). Also, farmers are
permitted to give antibiotics to their cows to fight various diseases. Milk and dairy products contain
traces of the antibiotic that are passed on to us. Exposure to such toxins breed strains of bacteria that
are immune to even the strongest medicine (¡°The Case against Dairy¡±).
Most of us do not realize the number of people that are lactose intolerant. Worldwide estimates
suggest that two thirds of the population have trouble digesting milk because of lactose intolerance.
According to Teacher Magazine, minorities may have difficulty digesting a sugar in milk known as
lactose. An estimated ninety percent of Asian Americans, seventy percent of African Americans and
Native Americans, fifty percent of Hispanics, and fifteen percent of Caucasians are lactose intolerant.

Hypnotism Research Paper
There are a lot of people who want to no more about hypnosis for anxiety. Hypnotism is a process
whereby you control the brain of another individual. The human brain is basically made up of two
parts. There is the conscious part and the subconscious part. The conscious part is the one that we are
able to control ourselves. As a result it is very difficult for someone else to gain control over the
conscious part of the brain.
As for the unconscious part of the brain, it is the part that is vulnerable. This is because we cannot
control the unconscious part of our brains. Therefore someone else can gain total control over that part
of your brain. Anxiety and anxiety related conditions account for a huge percentage of complaints to

It is estimated that more women suffer from this condition than men. The first stage of hypnosis is
evaluating the anxiety condition. This is done by a hypnotherapist. In this initial stage, the therapist
will be trying to find out the source of the condition. It could be that there is a medical, physiological
or even somatic basis for the existence of the ailment.
There are medical conditions that have this disorder as a side effect. The list includes hypertension,
anemia and hypoglycemia to mention a few. The therapist will also consider whether the condition is
part of some other psychiatric syndrome. This is because the ailment generally merges into most
psychiatric syndromes such as depression.
In such cases the treatment of this condition focuses on the correction of the entire psychiatric
syndrome. There are other more functional causes of this condition. A person can have generalized
anxiety disorder. This is where you experience chronic feelings of fear. There are also panic disorders
and with this type a person has discreet episodes of panic.
There is another type known as mixed syndromes. This ailment can also manifest itself through other
conditions such as phobias, post traumatic stress disorders and obsessive compulsive disorders. With
regards to hypnosis as a treatment of this ailment, there is what is known as hypnotically induced

Overview and History of the Prison District of Baltimore
Overview and History of Area: The Prison District of Baltimore, Maryland, is located primarily in an
unincorporated community called Townson. With a population of just under 60,000 it is the second
most densely populated unincorporated county seat in the United States. The community is located
just north of Baltimore City, inside the I 695 and I 83 beltway and has several major neighborhood
areas. In the larger area of Townson, the per capita income is about $32,000, but almost 10% of the
population is below the poverty line (2010 Cenus U.S. Gazetter, 2011). Moving into the neighborhood
in question, however, the overall population density increases as well as the poverty level of those
who actually live in the area.
Ethnographic Observations:
Name of Town: Prison District Area, subsection of Townson, MD
Population approximately 5 8L
Demographic Overview Low income housing, high percentage of African America, number of row
houses potentially converted for business. Some evidence of mixed economics between run down and
gentrification projects. Very few business professionals walking, mostly urban poor.
Housing and Zoning Crowded, lots of brick and cement; few parks, cars parked very closely together
on street. Some areas show severe urban blight.
Open Space Relatively no open spaces; some parks, crowded urban environment.
Boundaries Significant, suburbs outside the area more upscale, trendy and gentrified, bedroom
community outside this inner city area.

Quetzalcoatl s Influence On The Aztecs
We all have our own ideas, religion and a way to see the world and its creation. There are many
different civilizations around the world. and each of these have their out myths and legends about how
was the world created. According to Cartwright, the Aztecs also known as the Mexicans were one of
the most powerful empires which were located in Mexico City before called Tenochtitlan, but covered
most of northern Mesoamerica during 1345 and 1521(Cartwright, Aztec). Kay and Gonzales also
mention that the Aztecs settle their empire on Tenochtitlan because their god Huitzilopochtli sent an
eagle sitting on a cactus to indicate where they should build their new home, which end being in the
center of Mexico and they ended calling it Tenochtitlan. In addition to this, they also mention that

Quetzalcoatl sacrifices himself and became the second sun, also known as 4 wind sun. Quetzalcoatl
was also known as the Plumed Serpent , he was a god for different cultures as the Maya, Toltecs, and
the Aztecs, he was a god related to the wind god; therefore, he was known as the 4 wind sun (Maestri,
Quetzalcoatl). Kay and Gonzales stated that Quetzalcoatl was one important god for all cultures,
because of his two personalities; he was extremely active god while creating and destroying the
universe, that made him have a creative side, and his second personality was his way of governing, he
was as a cultural hero (Read and Gonzales 223). Now with the second sun, humans were able to only
eat piñon nuts. But after some time, the world suffers of many catastrophic disasters as hurricanes,
earthquakes, and other natural disasters, ending this world in chaos. The only survivors in this world
were transformed into monkeys, and as the first case, this world only survives for 665 years (Maestri,

Duality And Sensitivity Essay
6 Duality and Sensitivity
The optimal solution for a linear programming problem can be calculated by utilizing the simplex
method. Yet, we may still ponder on whether we have truly discovered the optimal solution of our
linear model. Furthermore, we could be concerned on what to do with the surplus of resources at our
hands. In addition, the parameters that we utilized to formulate our model may not reflect the actual
parameters. Those values may have been simply estimates that would guide us in identify a best
possible outcome. Therefore, we are required to conduct further analysis and determine if indeed we
have achieved optimization. In linear programming, analyzing the concept of duality and sensitivity is
extremely useful. It gives us reassurance that our optimal solution would be feasible in reality. If it
was not the best solution, we can now focus on how to reach the optimal solution and optimize our
given objective.
The first issue that we may encounter is whether we utilized our surplus of resources wisely as we
optimize our objective function. All linear programming problems have an associated linear
programming problem called the dual [4]. We call our main problem the primal and the associated
problem the dual. Analyzing the relationship of the optimization of both problems will give us good
insight in weather resources were utilized wisely. The dual problem can be formulated by alternating
our primal problem. If the primal problem s objective

A Sound County Almanac Summary
Aldo Leopold published a book in 1949, titled A Sound County Almanac. In the second half of his
book he discusses and creates this idea of what a land ethic should be. The land ethic simply enlarges
the boundaries of the community to include soils, waters, plants, and animals, or collectively: the land.
(239) Land ethics is a simple concept with a large amount of complexity because it is arduous to
incorporate every community member s thoughts and beliefs on how to steward the land. In class we
used two periods to create a list of 10 land ethic commandments. Which is only 60 students compared
to the United States which is 319 million people. This large population number may describe the lull

Impact Of Trade Policies On Trade Patterns Between Usa And...
The impact of trade policies on the trade patterns between USA and China and the analysis of China s
manufacturing sector of IT products vis a vis consumption sector of the US. Abstract Introduction The
following paper coherently illustrates the trade patterns of USA and China and describes the various
trade policies developed over the past years that have impacted the respective economies of both
countries alongside the effect of the same on the bilateral trade relations between the two. Based upon
the previous statistics, US China trade is considerably one of the largest trading partners in today s
economies. Both countries trade relations entail exchange of investment, services as well as goods
varying from agricultural products to non agricultural products. Currently, China is the second largest
trading partner, third largest export market and the biggest source of imports for the United States. The
U.S. government s debt purchased by China provides US the benefits of low interest rates (Morrison,
2015). While for few this economic relationship is considered to have a positive effect as it helps to
fund the U.S. economy, for others it is an attributable concern that China may gain more power over
the U.S (Loc.gov, 2016). Some major trade policies have negatively impacted the trade patterns of the
two countries in a way that in spite of their growing ties, the bilateral trade relationship is often laden
with complexities. According to U.S., China s unfinished

The Pros And Cons Of The Crusades
The Crusades were a series of wars inspired by conflicting religious ideologies, specifically between
Christians and Muslims. A series being, that between the years 1096 and 1291, nine major military
expeditions occurred. Christian Muslim interactions between the 1000 1500 centuries were mostly
negative then positive. The justification for war included securing and gaining control of the holy
lands or territories sacred to both groups (Damascus, The River Jordan, Jerusalem, and numerous
others) and to diffuse or universalize their religious ideologies to those living in the eastern
hemisphere. Jerusalem was considered the holiest of all sites, because it was significantly important to
both religions, in different ways. To Christians, Jerusalem represents; the place of birth, ministry,
crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, the Savior or Messiah to Christianity. However, to
Muslims, Jerusalem houses the Al Aqsa Mosque (the third holiest site in Islam), in which they believe
Muhammad was transported to during the Night Journey (a physical and spiritual journey) from the
Sacred Mosque in Mecca. Islamic hero or leader of the Crusades, Saladin, is credited with re
conquesting Jerusalem from the Christians, uniting Muslim fractions and states, while enabling and
promoting Islamic faith and practices to exist in Jerusalem. Saladin was born in 1138, to a military
family, in Tikrit (modern day Iraq). He gained his dominance among ancient civilizations through his

Medea and Othello
Two tragedies from two different time period, Medea and Othello show similarities and differences in
their characters, story plots and settings. Euripedes Medea written in the classical period and
Shakespeare s Othello written in the romantic era, the two tragedies shows different feel of what
tragedies are.
First of all, the most obvious difference between these two play is how Medea shows unities (time,
place and action) whilst Othello has none. It s clearly shown in the first scene, as soon as the
characters come out, that in the Medea, it s a set place, and there would be no movement. The staging
is nice and clear and throughout the whole story, the characters are in one place, and there is a unity
between the time, place and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In Medea, the story plot is sort of told through the chorus. The group of woman and the nurse, kind of
act as Medea s conscious and tells Medea what s morally right and what s morally wrong. In a way the
chorus is inside Medea s head, yet they tell us the basic story plot and what s happening within the
story. Whereas in Othello, there is no longer choruses however there are soliloquies in which
characters break that wall between the audience and themselves and tell something that s in their mind
only to the audience, and the audience assume that the other characters on stage can t hear it. In
Othello, Iago does most of the soliloquies, he does it at the end of each scene, talking to himself and
staring right into the camera to tell the audience what he actually considers doing and such.
Despite all these differences, there are also some areas in which the two stories are similar. For
example, each tragic hero has their set of hubris, hamartia and agon. These are characteristics of a
tragic hero which are seen in both Medea and Othello. Quickling defining what these terms are Hubris
is self confidence, hamartia chracter s mistake and agon being one s internal struggle. Taking these
terms into consideration, in Medea, her hamartia is her excess love for Jason which brings her to her
downfall. Her hubris was that she had too much self pride to leave to Athens and her agon, once again

An Investment Thesis Statement
2.6.1 How Should You Pick Your Targets? Invest With a Thesis An investment thesis is a statement on
how a specific deal will create value for a partic ular merged company. This document explains why
and how an acquisition improves the existing core business. Firms compete on cost position, brand
power, customer loy alty, assets and sometimes government protection (Harding, D. and Rovit, S.
2004). In order to develop an investment thesis you need to analyse the core competency of your own
business and how the firm produces value. Furthermore, acquires need to under stand how to enhance
core competency by acquiring outside targets. In order to suc cessfully identify appropriate target the
acquirer must determine its own basis of com petition. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
These revolve around the question of where do operations need to be integrated, and where the
merging businesses can carry on separately. To answer this work with four decision principles
(Harding, D. and Rovit, S. 2004). 1) Plan for ownership. Launch integration plans months prior to the
deal being publicly announced. Link decisions to the deal s in vestment thesis and to the synergies and
cultural issues identified. Integrate quickly in critical areas. 2) Target areas for integration based on the
investment thesis. Mergers aimed at creating economies of scale require almost seamless integration.
However, mergers aimed at product extension, customer and geographic scope require selective
integration. 3) Put culture high on your leadership agenda. Managers of merged organi zations need to
retool their corporate culture to fit with the deal s investment thesis. Tools include hard tactics
organizational structure, incentives compensation and the di vision of decision making authority to
address cultural integration. 4) Retain key re sources in the core businesses. Mergers can exert a
gravitational pull on employees. Keep the talented focused on taking care of business. Develop a plan
to maintain key employees and protect the customer base. Effective integration generally ranks as the
single most important factor influencing the success of a deal (Harding, D. and Rovit, S.

Dissociative identity disorder is characterized by the presence of two or more distinct identities or
personality states that recurrently take control of the individual s behavior, accompanied by an
inability to recall important personal information that is too extensive to be explained by ordinary
forgetfulness (Ringrose, 2011). It is a disorder characterized by identity fragmentation, rather than
proliferation of separate personalities (Fraser, 2014). Many people equate colloquially dissociative
identity disorder and schizophrenia in a wrong way (Priya Siva, 2013). While in the case of
schizophrenia can both be identification with another person within the framework of a megalomaniac

Research Paper On Cardiac Arrest
1) BACKGROUND Cardiovascular disease is a common cause of death in the United States. More
than 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of a hospital; the overall survival rate in these cases is 9.5%
though it can vary greatly from community to community. The likelihood of surviving a cardiac arrest
depends on an efficient cardiac system of care. States like North Dakota and Montana face unique
challenges in the delivery of an efficient cardiac system of care to a small population spread across a
large area. Long emergency medical service response times coupled with limited human resources
may affect patient outcomes. However, community initiatives improving the timeliness and the quality

John Smith Accomplishments
John Smith believed that success in such adventures requires individual initiative and commitment.
His journey began working with his dad in his shop up until the age of 16. After his father had passed,
he attempted to run it on his own, but that didn t last long; so he joined the French Army. After a while
he started exploring the new world which included Virginia, New England and Summer Isles. Smith
had a very prestigious and independent outlook on life and throughout his journey it had brought him
misfortune for much of his explorations, but with the misfortune came a bundles of successes. One
incident which played a significant role in his journey was being captured by Powhatan; and
Pocahontas, herself, helped free him. John Smith was an ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Traveling to Jamestown, stepping into the unknown, was full of secrets, anticipation, and risk. With
this temporary place called home, brought along a bundle of problems. The Natives, who originally
possessed the land, were very hostile towards the new comers in the beginning, but after a while Smith
organized the settlers to where they could defend their selves from them once he leaves to continue on
to new settlements. Unfortunately when he returned the place was basically in chaos. Despite the
chaotic environment Smith took control of Jamestown s defense. Under his command, the fort was
strengthened and armed guards were put into place to watch over the settlement. Throughout Smiths
efforts, it took a long time before the new colony could stand up on its own. He had to repeatedly
trade with the Natives for resources but in the end, without his strong leadership, Jamestown would ve
been lost. Today s new age practices is very similar to Smiths . For example the first landing on the

The Development Of Prejudice And Discrimination
A group of young males is walking towards you; however, take into account that the males are all
wearing baggy shirts and sagging their pants. Each member has visible tattoos and is being loud and
obnoxious. Do you cross over to the other side of the street or do you walk passed the group?
Whichever one you chose shows how important first impressions can be. The person whom choses to
cross the street instead of walking by the group may hold the view that these males are dangerous and
not the kind of people you would want to associate with. On the other hand, the person whom chose to
walk passed the group may have the perception that they are just young and expressing themselves in
today s fashion sense and having fun. This situation demonstrates prejudice and discrimination.
Prejudice is when someone holds an often negative and unsupported stereotyped attitude about
members of a particular group. Discrimination is when that prejudice attitude causes people of a
particular group to be treated differently than others in the same situation. Although many factors
contribute to prejudice and discrimination, the four main ones are social cognitive theory and realistic
theory, and social identity theory and stereotype vulnerability.

all groups are in the same situation and neither have more power over the other. The jigsaw classroom

Germany s Depressed Economy Affected The Rise Of Hitler
Almost every country was deeply affected by WWI. During the 1920s, most of these countries went
into an economic depression. Germany was affected more than most due to sanctions and post war
agreements. Adolf Hitler began his rise to power and began making promises to the citizens that were
struggling. The deep crisis in Germany allowed Hitler to seize power in 1933. This investigation will
examine how Germany s depressed economy affected the rise of Hitler in the early 1930s. Summary
of Evidence After WWI ended, there were many changes for the Central powers, which consisted of
Germany, France, the Ottoman Empire, Austria Hungary and Bulgaria. The victorious countries,
United States, Great Britain and France, met up to write treaties to give the losing countries the
punishment they deserved for starting such chaos. Many of the treaties signed, such as Treaty of Saint
Germainen Laye, Treaty of Trianon, Treaty of Sevres and Treaty of Lausanne hurt the losing powers
worse by taking away land that they had acquired earlier. Around ten months after the end of the Great
War, Woodrow Wilson, then president of the United States, proposed his famous plan Fourteen Points,
which focused on preventing war in the future... proposing a League of Nations to arbitrate further
international disputes. When the German leaders at the time signed this proposed plan, they believed
that this was the beginning of a peaceful era. However, the Entente powers had different plans. The

When judges are spoken of as a group, they are referred to as the judiciary. There are many different
levels of judges, but the basic function is the same at all levels: judges are there to adjudicate on

The Progressive Social Reform Movement
The Progressive community mainly contained Northeastern caucasians, all whom are well educated

being a Native American, portrays King Philip as a true hero rather than a tragic hero or a villain. In
his work, he also contrasts actions of the Native Americans with that of the British Puritan settlers.
Peter Bayers, in William Apess s Manhood and Native Resistance in Jacksonian America, discusses

In Apess s argument against White oppression and White views of Natives, Apess uses his religious
background and that of the Puritans and shows how the Puritans behaved. Apess says, it is also
wonderful how they prayed, that they should pray the bullet through the Indians heart and their souls
down into hell (127). Apess shows this language is sickening , and he continues that he puts no faith in
such prayers, because if he did, he knew that there would be no Native Americans left (127).
Obviously, Apess worries about more than his own masculinity and that of the feminization of
Natives. Apess argues that the Puritans acted in an unchristian manner and how the Natives exhibited
Christian behavior in their actions. He says of the Puritans, [b]ut while they appear to be by profession
more virtuous, their crimes still blacken (124). Religion is important here as Apess uses the idea of
hypocrisy to illustrate to his audience how terrible the Puritans were acting, not only as humans, but as
Christians as well. He states because the Natives have no claim of being pure, or pious, that the same
crimes would not appear as great. Plainly, in Eulogy Apess is concerned with religion as well as acts
and actions taken by both sides, and

With a higher sense of individuality, humans began to conceive the gods in a personalized form. This
stage in development is called mythical . In Egypt, this process began during the late prehistoric
period, when writing was being invented and myths were being formulated (Mark).
The Mythical part of the egyptian religion was the way people personalized their Gods. They started
to do this in the prehistoric period, where people began to show why things happened through myths.
In the very end, the egyptian Gods were born.
Like all religions, that of ancient Egypt was complex. It evolved over the centuries from one that

theologians think that Egypt was moving towards a monotheistic faith in a single creator, symbolized
by the sun god. There was no single belief system, but the Egyptians shared a common understanding

Not knowing what to expect when I took my seat at the Atlanta Symphony Hall, I was anxious. I loved

We got to our seats early so we could be sure we were in a good location. The instrumentalists

  • 6. The Multicultural Language In our world today if one were to look into languages they would find that there are around 6,000 languages. So how did all these languages come to be, how come we have so many? Well to answer that we need to look at some of the most popular languages in the world. Today the majority language spoken is Chinese followed by Spanish and then English. These languages all came from another language and then evolved as the world got bigger and grew older. All languages are divided into a family. The family is like the main origin of the language. Then that language spreads and changes up a bit and gets created as a new language. The diffusion of languages is like stated before, things evolve to adapt to their surroundings, languages shaped up and got either better or worse, people used the better ones and the worst ones died off, languages that got started in one region may not even still be in that same region, due to the one word which is changed. Today the popular language, Chinese can be found spoken by approximately 1,213 million people in China, Taiwan and Singapore. The second most spoken language, Spanish which has around 329 million speakers can be found in Spain, Latin America and some in the United States. Our genealogist found out that that is not always true. Amateur genealogists skip over some of the best methods for gathering evidence. Genealogists should talk to as many older family members as possible. Unlike immediate family members, the older generation is usually harboring an abundance of knowledge concerning past generations. Begin by engaging them in conversations about their youth, their family, social issues and norms before asking questions. Always listen attentively for important clues as they may drop valuable information to you that seems relatively unimportant to them. Use resources like the old photos, Bibles, attic trunks and other family heirlooms hidden in the attic or basement; they can contain important information concerning family. Yet, we may still ponder on whether we have truly discovered the optimal solution of our linear model. Furthermore, we could be concerned on what to do with the surplus of resources at our hands. In addition, the parameters that we utilized to formulate our model may not reflect the actual parameters. Those values may have been simply estimates that would guide us in identify a best possible outcome. Therefore, we are required to conduct further analysis and determine if indeed we have achieved optimization. In linear programming, analyzing the concept of duality and sensitivity is extremely useful. It gives us reassurance that our optimal solution would be feasible in reality. If it was not the best solution, we can now focus on how to reach the optimal solution and optimize our given objective. The first issue that we may encounter is whether we utilized our surplus of resources wisely as we optimize our objective function. All linear programming problems have an associated linear programming problem called the dual [4]. We call our main problem the primal and the associated problem the dual. Analyzing the relationship of the optimization of both problems will give us good insight in weather resources were utilized wisely. The dual problem can be formulated by alternating our primal problem. If the primal problem s objective ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The impact of trade policies on the trade patterns between USA and China and the analysis of China s manufacturing sector of IT products vis a vis consumption sector of the US. Abstract Introduction The following paper coherently illustrates the trade patterns of USA and China and describes the various trade policies developed over the past years that have impacted the respective economies of both countries alongside the effect of the same on the bilateral trade relations between the two. Based upon the previous statistics, US China trade is considerably one of the largest trading partners in today s economies. Both countries trade relations entail exchange of investment, services as well as goods varying from agricultural products to non agricultural products. Currently, China is the second largest trading partner, third largest export market and the biggest source of imports for the United States. The U.S. government s debt purchased by China provides US the benefits of low interest rates (Morrison, 2015). While for few this economic relationship is considered to have a positive effect as it helps to fund the U.S. economy, for others it is an attributable concern that China may gain more power over the U.S (Loc.gov, 2016).
