• Sign configuration record and check list after ensuring that all products have been tested to

Responsibilities
• Develops professional solution proposals which include products, services, and
implementation plans.
• Perform hardware break-fix services on PCs, laptops, network printers, and servers,
hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other hardware deployment related activities on PCs,
laptops, printers, Handle software, Cell Phone.
• Installation/support/upgrades desk-side support services installing and troubleshooting
hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Removals Laptop, Desktop, Printer and Server. (Wipe)
• Provide sound Technical advice for in-field technicians and dealers.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all branch Technicians and Production
personnel.
• Respond to desk side & remote support requests for end users.

• Attend regular onsite client check-ups to ensure top quality service is being delivered.
