This course is aimed to give an overview of the
Human Intelligence System with respect to
acquisition of Knowledge, organization of
knowledge, analyzing problems, and usage of
knowledge for solving problems. This course will
enable the students to design computer programs
with artificial intelligence. Various heuristic search
algorithms are also introduced to solve AI
problems

This course is designed to provide the students with an
introduction to the fundamental concepts and techniques
underlying the construction of intelligent computer
systems. It gives an overview of underlying ideas, such as
search, knowledge representation, expert systems and
machine learning. It develops a deep understanding of
theoretical foundations along with the practical
implementation of various intelligent systems

What is “Intelligence”?
"Intelligence denotes the ability of an individual to
adapt his thinking to new demands; it is the
common mental adaptability to new tasks and
conditions of life“.
An important aspect of "Intelligence" is the way and
efficiency how humans are able to adapt to their
environment or assimilate their environment for
solving problems
