Change in our life is necessary because we are never satisfied. There are two main reasons we need change: we often take narrow paths and shortcuts, and we cannot see beyond the current situation. 7. 1. How can we be a good leader? If we are creating a happy workplace. Actions do speak louder than words. Good leaders are people who set a good example. They lead by doing, not just telling.

8. 2. What can we do to make a difference? Most of us want our lives to count for something. Face it, none of us have the answers to all of the world’s problems. But it is in our power to, as Mother Teresa used to say, “Do small things with great love.”

9. 3. How can we help others achieve their goals? By involving others and delivering positive thoughts passionately the desired goals achieved but remember without team work this is useless.

10. 4. How can we do my best? Nobody is a finished project. An interaction with good team, sense of responsibility and great feeling are more important for better results producing. This is the best a person can do.

11. 5. How can we change ourselves? How can we change ourselves is the toughest question of all. But the most important step in embracing the concept of personal responsibility is the willingness to change how we think. And thinking about others first is the ultimate act of personal responsibility. Of all the questions we can ask ourselves, this is the most important because we’re all more willing to change others than to change ourselves.
