 if you feel sad close your eyes and think positive
 sleep for a few minutes
 eat ice cream and black chocolate
 you have to go from that place
 keep control on yourself

 If we think fear is our friend ,we can achieve our goal
 The fear word is not came in the world ,it came in your heart by
thinking negative ,
 F = friendly
 E= entertainment
 A= accepting challenge
 R= realistic goal
Think positive ,live positive ,there is no fear ,you are always hear
Sleeping tips
 Sleep early in night ,
 Wash your face ,hand ,leg ,before you sleep
 think what are goal you have done ,see your day
schedule
 Realize your mistake and rectify it
 Say sorry to your parent before you sleep
 Clean your bed and bed sheet
 If sleeping is not coming read history or economic
books ,the sleep automatic comes
 Don’t use social media in night ,it suffer your eye
problem ,
Remove negative
 if a person scold you don’t think negative or don’t take haste
action. Say thank you .
 Sit alone and think what you have done mistake and rectify it
,if you are not mistake that person blame ,you could not
insult that person ,think the person best moment and forgive
there mistake
 Don’t think negative in any situation
 Don’t fear from the people
 Fear with god and your parents
 Don’t get mis understanding In your life
things can destroy your life
 More talking
 More sleeping
 More eating
Don’t make close to every one
 Tension
 Feelings
 Not sleeping in early
Hope and dream
 We all have our hope and dream ,it makes life seem worth while .
 If we can adhere to that thought most of the time
 We don’t go extra mile .
