covering all the aspect for Sales in SABMiller District West in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg.
From January until December, I fulfil the Customer Support Agent role and gained a lot of
sales and operation administrative experience, and in January 2015, I was appointed as the
District Sales Analyst. I completed my BCom Marketing Management Degree in 2012 and
my Hons BCom Entrepreneurship and Marketing in 2013. I consider myself as a versatile
and well-rounded woman, who always strives to be the best in everything I approach.
My enthusiastic personality, punctuality, friendliness, persistency, problem-solving skills and
attention to detail, are only some of the valuable assets for any potential positions. I am an
outgoing, loyal and a creative person, who are hardworking and a good listener. I enjoy
working in teams, sharing my knowledge and skills and in the end achieve the goals needed
to be accomplished. I see myself as a very determinant woman, who would work hard and

- Customer and Stakeholder managed effectively:
Reception duties, maintaining and updating customer master data, assisting with customer
surveys, solving customer queries and confirming Group Account customer’s orders.
- Sales, Credit and Depot teams administratively supported (mainly Sales and Depot):
Managing the ASU process, providing reps with necessary promotion details like promotion
plans and quarterly promotional processes. Managing promotion reaches, schedules,
activations and the promotion tracker.
Capturing free beer issues (FBI) and providing Sales Managers with relevant reports
regarding the issuing of FBI’s. Provide reps with relevant information and assisting the reps
with all detail regarding fridge and draught contracts.
Supporting Depot manager with administrative duties and responsibilities. Taking part in
Owner Driver audits and the management of the Owner Driver processes. Also assisting with
visual board updates and KPI analyses.

Work Experience and Holiday Work: Supervision at NWU (2013). I supervised students during
their test at the North-West University throughout the year.
Hollard Insurance Namibia. At Hollard Insurance Namibia I
during the December holiday. I learned a lot about
personal lines and commercial lines. I have done filling
work and also helped with Christmas packages for clients.
During this holiday job I also did research on the industry
and Hollard for a project in Advanced Entrepreneurship.
Goose Hill wedding venue. At Goose Hill I worked some
weekends in 2011 and 2012. I gained skill like how to
organise, co-ordinate, waiter and do decorations for the
weddings. I obtained skills of leadership, how to work with
other people, customers are always right, and to be polite
at all times.
Manna Catering. I worked at Manna Catering from
November to December in 2009. I was a supervisor, I
helped with stock keeping, waiter and I did cash-up at the
beginning and end of the day. At the events I was also part
of the team where we provide food and beverages for
important corporate businesses. This was a great
experience for me.
