Mrs. Rekha Sahu, a 32-year old housewife, presented with gas problems, anemia, and a family history of skin disorders. Her physical examination revealed barrel chest, yellow teeth, and rashes on her neck. She has been diagnosed with impaired nutrition and physical mobility related to joint pain. The nurse assessed her general condition, mobility, nutritional levels, and risks of anemia and joint pain. She provided safety, knowledge on managing anemia and joint pain, and advised on a balanced diet and exercise, which improved her health and decreased her symptoms.
