2. RS–CIT April : 2012 Batch
Hanumangarh Distt.
In April 2012 there were 340 candidates got
admission in RS-CIT course at all the ITGKs at
Hanumangarh District.
Sri Ganganagar Distt.
In April 2012 there were 299 candidates got
admission in RS-CIT course at all the ITGKs at
Sri Ganganagar District.

3. RS–CIT May: 2012 Batch
Hanumangarh Distt.
In May 2012 batch 467 candidates got admission in
RS-CIT course at all the ITGKs at Hanumangarh
District and their data has been uploaded by now.
Sri Ganganagar Distt.
In May 2012 batch 457 candidates got admission in
RS-CIT course at all the ITGKs at Sri Ganganagar
District and their data has been uploaded by now.

4. Planning for July Batch
Following actions are being considered for
acquiring admissions :
Admission Strategies :
1.) Making counseling sessions at school / college premises to gather
more admissions and spreading awareness of RS-CIT program.
2.) Placing canopy and banners outside / near the location of all
schools and colleges, display flex and hoardings at major public visiting
places like market, near bus stand/ railway station etc.
3.) Distributing pamphlets through newspapers and marketing executives
during door to door visit so that the parent / guardians get to know
about the RS-CIT course.
4.) Publishing advertisements in newspapers, Cable TV, using Rickshaw
audio publicity system.

5. Planning for July Batch
Following actions are being considered for
acquiring admissions :

5.) The faculty, counselor also at all ITGK should go through the ERA
software and attempt the tests so that they could be able to explain the
features and benefits of RS-CIT course in a better way.
6.) The marketing executing should carry a laptop with him to give a demo
of ERA software regarding how student can learn, attempt “take a
challenge” test and using the software at various levels.
7.) The marketing executing should also keep a list of all the exams for
Govt. jobs held earlier in which RS-CIT course have been demanded
as a necessary qualification to gain Rajasthan Govt. Jobs

6. Planning for July Batch
Following actions are being considered for
training methodology :
Teaching methodology :
1.) All the ITGKs have been advised to teach all the candidates of
RS-CIT on ERA software will be considered necessary from now on.
2.) Each student have to attempt all “take a challenge” practice test in
the ERA software.
3.) Mid term test should be compulsory for each student to attempt as
it’s marks will be added with final exam.
4.) Group discussion and quiz programs should be organized at regular
intervals at every ITGK.
5.) The ITGKs are advised to award 1st , 2nd and 3rd price for RS-CIT
students in accordance to their performance in each batch.
