6. Reflections
 Learned how to communicate properly and change ‘No’ into
‘Yes’.
 People are ready to listen to us when they are going to be
benefitted only.
 Realized the existence of informal communication.
 Delay in the payment of salary to the permanent staff is quite
common.

 Realized that employees there are not loyal to their boss.
 Creditors’ payments are delayed and debtors’ payments are
collected immediately.
 Companies expect employees to take more responsibilities.
