The British College for Excellence in Studies was founded in 1997 and has grown over 16 years to become a leading college in India. It offers professional education programs in communicative English, IELTS/TOEFEL preparation, study abroad assistance, British and Indian qualifications. The intern worked as a Database Marketing Analyst conducting market research and contacting potential customers. They also worked as an Office Assistant translating documents to Spanish and assisting with applications. Through the internship, the student learned about communication skills, how to conduct market research, and gained insights into how the organization operates.

 Delay in the payment of salary to the permanent staff is quite
common.
