To carry out service operations as per SLA KPI Parameters with 8 Service Vendors in North
Bank region of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh looking over area from North Lakhimpur to
Jonai in Assam. Starting from Pasighat, Ziro, Aalong andYingkiong in Arunachal Pradesh .
Along with service parameters ; need to look after reverse logistic of defectives materials
generated at Service vendors. Need to make vendors understood about the new
communications received from H.O. along with knowledge sharing to the downline . Live
Trouble shooting of customers, co-ordinating with dealers for network expansion , GST

2. clearance of vendors , timely stock requisition of vendors for sharing down the line stock along
with timely MAN/GRN of the same. Also , to increase security deposit of Vendors as per
market requirements on timely basis to cover material exposure risk along PI (Physical
Inspection) Audit of the stock of the vendors.
• Godrej Appliances Division
To carry and run smoothly Spare Part Dealers (SPD) and to met service delivery parameters
for some of the regions of West Bengal which also includes Revenue generation and AMC (
Annual Maintenance Contract) collection. Training is also imparted to Authorized Service
Point's (ASP) Team about our web portal, mobile application and to visit end customer's
premises for better understanding of the root cause of the defect . Also managing Franchisee

Channel partners like System Integrator / Architects / Dealers / Liasoning Agents are also kept
