 Decline Stage
Product Life Cycle Stages
Introduction Stage
In this stage we defines product quality ,
budget, product distribution and promotion.
Here Budget decides the development or
manufacturing cost, market shares, distribution
cost, revenue etc. It is very important stage in
product management.
Growth Stage
As the name indicates, the growth of company
matters with product quality and it’s customer,
pricing etc.
So in this stage, the firm seeks to build brand
preference and increase market share.
Maturity Stage
After a period or duration, some competitors
with same products arises. So in this stage
product enhancement, pricing variation,
increase in distribution and promotion in
different platform.
Decline Stage
When sales are dropped by huge percentage,
various decisions are taken like adding new
features to product, reduce cost or discontinue
the product.
Brand Management
Depending upon the product category, sales
location and Product life cycle stage; a brand
management helps to create a brand.
