The Enrichment Learning Programme (ELP) is a pulling out system conducted during teacher free time and recess to enhance primary school students' numeracy skills. Teachers identify low achieving students in numeracy from Year 1 to Year 5 and schedule one-on-one sessions using targeted instructional strategies like number cards, counters, and base ten blocks. Teachers document student progress in log books and appointment cards inform students of their session date and time. The programme aims to help students overcome weaknesses in place value, addition, subtraction, and other numeracy areas.
