Trauma-Informed Leadership - Five Practical Principles
Best Essay Writing Service. Best Essay Writing service
1. Best Essay Writing Service
Crafting an essay on the subject of "Best Essay Writing Service" presents a multifaceted
challenge that extends beyond the surface of the topic itself. To begin with, the vastness of the
online writing service landscape demands meticulous research to sift through the myriad options
available. This involves delving into customer reviews, testimonials, and evaluating the
reputation of each service.
The complexity further intensifies when considering the subjective nature of what constitutes the
"best" writing service. Different individuals prioritize distinct criteria such as affordability,
quality of content, adherence to deadlines, and customer support. Balancing these diverse
perspectives while maintaining a coherent narrative in the essay requires a nuanced approach.
Moreover, the ethical dimensions of essay writing services cannot be overlooked. Exploring
issues like plagiarism, academic integrity, and the potential misuse of these services adds a layer
of moral scrutiny to the writing process. Addressing these concerns with sensitivity demands a
delicate balance, ensuring the essay neither endorses nor condemns the services outright.
In terms of structure, maintaining a logical flow and coherence within the essay while navigating
through the intricate web of service features, pricing models, and user experiences poses another
layer of difficulty. Properly organizing information to provide a comprehensive overview
without overwhelming the reader is crucial.
Lastly, the dynamic nature of the online writing service industry introduces an ever-evolving
landscape. Constantly changing policies, emerging platforms, and shifting user preferences
necessitate up-to-date information, making the task of keeping the essay relevant and timely an
ongoing challenge.
In conclusion, writing an essay on the "Best Essay Writing Service" demands a blend of research,
critical thinking, ethical consideration, and adaptability. Successfully navigating through these
challenges requires a writer's diligence, ensuring a balanced and informative piece that captures

2. Analysis Of Greasy Lake By T. Coraghessan Boyle
In the short story Greasy Lake, the author T. Coraghessan Boyle introduces us to
the narrator and his group of friends who are going to Greasy Lake to have some
fun like the rest of the kids their age. Although the author does not give us the name
of the narrator, we learn that he is nineteen just like his other two friends. As the
story progresses, we learn that after arriving at the lake, they confuse someone s
car for their friend Tony Lovett s car, so they decide to play a little joke. They soon
learn that it is not Tony but rather a stranger who is looking for trouble and wants to
pick a fight with them. After looking for trouble with this bad characters girlfriend,
they bolted out of the scene when a second car arrived. As the protagonist... Show

It was so much for the narrator to take in that his blood was beating in [his] ears,
[his] hands were shaking, and [his] heart [was] turning over like a dirtbike in the
wrong gear (131). He was even more scared when he strikes the greasy character
and knocks him unconscious but mistakes him as dead. When the young female
approaches them, after discovering what they had done to their lover, he holds her
captive to try to rape her. His primal instinct kicks in, and he wants all he can get of
her because [they] were bad characters, and were scared and hot and three steps
over the line (132). As a car approaches them, the narrator runs to the lake without
looking back. It is there where he has his moment of truth. He swims until he
reaches the woods where he can hide perfectly from view. While waiting for the
coast to get clear of any other greasy characters, he feels something wet yet soft
come in contact with his shoulder. As he reaches to touch it, he realizes it was a
corpse of a man, who we later learn is named Al, that was floating close to him. It is
there that he learns that Al himself must have been a bad character as well and that is
the reason why he ends up
3. Bizarre Fruit
Bizarre Fruit
In the mid 1930 s, the south would perform, what they believed to be acts of justice
by hanging, or lynching, black men who were convicted of doing a crime. The
Poem Strange Fruit is an interesting poem depicts a very horrid image of pure
racism in the south and how lynchings were such a gruesome image, and was meant
to be a protest against the inhumanity of racism (Blair) . The poem Strange Fruit
was published in 1937 by Abel Meeropol after he viewed an image of a lynching that
occurred in the south. Meeropol was haunted by the image and was inspired to write
and publish the poem (Meeropol). Abel Meeropol was already against racism in
America and when he saw the appalling image of two African Americanpeople being
lynched ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The elements of imagery are seen in the poem when Abel writes The bulgin eyes
and the twisted mouth (6). The sentence describes a very horrid image of how the
African Americans looks as they were being hanged against their will. This depicts
imagery because it gives a very detailed image in the reader s mind of how they
looked like as they were hanged. Personification is present in the poem Strange
Fruit when Meeropol writes For the rain to gather, for the wind to suck (10). This is
personification because it gives the rain the trait of gathering things, and it also gives
the wind the trait of sucking. Within the poem, Meeropol also includes juxtaposition,
for example when he says Scent of magnolias sweet and fresh/ Then the sudden
smell of burnin flesh (7 8). This is an example of juxtaposition because it brings out
the difference between the sweet smell of a flower, and the bad dark smell of burning
flesh, and it makes the difference between those things more apparent. Throughout
the poem Strange Fruit Meeropol also uses metaphors, such as when he puts Southern
trees bear a strange fruit (1) in his poem. The entire poem itself is a metaphor because
the poem compares African Americans that have been lynched, and the strange fruit
that hangs from trees. The poem is comparing the strange fruit to it actually being the
African Americans that were
4. Cultural Differences And Cultural Diversity
In this study, the data being gathered was analyzed. The data was taken from the
survey tests from 81 participants. Since there were a total of 81, 47 were males
representing roughly 58% of the respondents, and the remaining over 40% were
female. Those participants were drawn from various ethnicities that would include
Asian, Black American, White Caucasian, and American Indian. According to
Brunner (2005), he confirmed that subjects of any studies that would relate to
cultural differences and cultural diversitywould include those people who belonged
to their ethnic origins (p. 28). Consequently, those participants were equally drawn
from different countries in the world to participate in the study (p. 28). A majority
of the respondents could speak English and Arabic, which represented 74.39% and
75.61% of language proficiency respectively. It revealed in the study that Korean
was the least spoken language among respondents at 1.22%. In fact, the age range
that most participants fell under was between 18 and 24 years followed by 25 30
years, which was amounting to 48.78% and 39.02% respectively.
Based on the study, when they were asked, which degree they wanted to complete at
WMU, they replied mostly to Bachelor s Degree. That was the choice for most
participants representing 56.10%. On the other hand, 1.22% of the participants did
not choose any education programs offered at the campus and opted for other specific
reasons for their purpose in joining the institution.
5. Utilitarianism And Attractive Abortion
Utilitarianism is defined by J.S. Mill in his book, Utilitarianism (1861) as the creed
which accepts as the foundation of morals...holds that actions are right in proportion
as they tend to promote happiness, wrong as they tend to produce the reverse of
happiness (p. 10) In essence, Utilitarianism is the ethical prerogative that Batman is
morally required to kill the Joker, because the Joker will continue is death spree until
he dies. Consequently, more people benefit have more pleasure if the Joker were to
die. This ethical philosophy can be translated into the current and controversial topic:
elective abortion. An elective abortion, for this essay will be defined as the
termination of pregnancyfor reasons other than maternal health (mental... Show more

Should society involve themselves? As previously stated, individuals in society
should be able to participate in discourse as long as they consider the alternative
point of view. When it comes to actions that are inconvenient Mill states that these
actions should be separate from society s judgement (Mill, 1859, p. 76).
Furthermore, Mill makes the point that while the majority of society may hold the
same opinion of truth, may be altogether wrong, and, even if right, are as likely as
not to be misapplied to individual cases, but person no better acquainted with the
circumstances of such cases (Mill, 1859, p. 74). In China, despite the strides of
female empowerment, males are still born with a higher social status than females.
Prior to 2015, when the one child policy ended in China, women used their newly
found autonomy to have sex selective abortions in which they favored males
(Douthat, 2011). In Mill s eyes individuals from other countries with different
socials structures were not allowed to pass judgements on these women s decision,
because they knew little of the cultural expectations. Moreover, Mill believes that
the individual is not accountable to society for action that does not have
consequences for society as a whole (Mill, 1859, p. 93). Therefore, since elective
abortions, according to Mill s utilitarianism, only affect the individual she is not
required to explain her actions to society. There is evidence that clearly indicates
Mill would not approve of society judging, or taking action, an individual who had
received an elective
6. An Essay On The Outliers By Malcolm Gladwell
Think of something you are passionate about. Is it a skill that you are able to push
yourself in? People are always told that with enough hard work you could become a
master of that skill. Even without natural talent, enough hard work at a skill will
eventually build up the ability. By constantly pushing oneself past their limits during
practice, they can improve quicker than someone who has the natural ability and
doesn t try. However, skill doesn t always equal success. As Malcolm Gladwellstates
in his book The Outliers, luck plays a large role in the ability to obtain the 10,000
hours required to become an expert in a subject. However, many studies and even
the researchers of the 10,000 hour study have rejected the rule outright. I disagree
with Gladwell that 10,000 hours is required to become a master, and that luck plays a
much larger role than he states.
Gladwell s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
However, luck plays a much larger role than he claims. There are plenty of stories
of homeless individuals with master s degrees. One example is of Maurice
Johnson, a 55 year old man who had two separate master s degrees, and lives
homeless in the streets of Boston. Johnson had the time and dedication to obtain
those degrees, but even after all that work he ended up in one of the worst
positions possible in America. Many of Gladwell s examples about luck emphasize
the point that luck was needed to obtain the 10,000 hours for their level of mastery,
but the fact exists that the overall success of a person is also dependent on luck as
well. Maurice Johnson s father died earlier in his life, and Johnson spent many of his
resources helping his ill, bed ridden mother. Even though Johnson had the luck to
become a master at multiple subjects, luck was still needed to put those skills into
use, which didn t happen for
7. Analysis Of Once Upon A Time By Natalie Gordimer
There are always problems in a society, and the roots of it are nearly the same for
other societies in different countries. Negative stereotypes of groups of people tend
to cause others to avoid and discriminate against them. The close mindedness of
people towards race and religion divides societies because their ignorance
misinforms how beneficial diversity is in a society.
The belief of common stereotypes belonging to certain groups of people causes
others to put up walls out of fear, leading to a divide between the groups. Natalie
Gordimer, a Nobel Prize Winner, supports this notion in her short story Once Upon a
Time. She writes, [The wife] sent the trusted housemaid out with bread and tea, but
the trusted housemaid said [beggars]...would come and tie her up and shut her in a
cupboard (Beers 14). Prior to this conversation, the family had heard of people
robbing nearby houses. There is nothing implying that the thieves are the people
outside, yet the family becomes wary of them, believing that they re dangerous.
Gordimer s background gives her short story more context, relating to events in
history. Her story describes the apartheid occurring in South Africaand how
privileged whites lived alongside the South Africans. The white people had assumed
that the South Africans outside of their house were not to be trusted because their
housemaid and mother told them that they were dangerous. The mother believes
their words and urges her husband to make a gate around the house. The gate is
literally a wall dividing the two races, but it also symbolizes the intolerance the
family had towards the South Africans. This symbol can apply to the walls that
people put up when faced with a foreign idea that they understand or accept. This
ignorance causes individuals to negatively stereotype entire groups of people based
on a small portion of them, hindering the chances of unity in a society. Gordimer also
displays how the stereotypes develop and have a detrimental impact on society when
she has the family walk through the neighborhood. The family notes how the scenery
was replaced with security devices and walls. She includes this part into her writing to
show how the entire neighborhood believes the South Africans

In fact there will never was, nor will there ever be, a time that would surpass the
horror humanity faced during the outbreak. We were put through a trial. Some
passed and some failed. The worst traits of humanity were exposed during the
outbreak. But at the same time, the best traits shone so brightly that the darkness
of humanity dissipated. It was the survivors that fought to get our lives back who
had these traits. Many credit me with bringing together so many people, with
different ideals, to fight back or bringing out the best in people because I inspired
them. That was not true. It was thanks to true humanity. The humanity I always
knew existed. It s just that it was always suppressed by the darkness of humanity. If
you said to me a year before the outbreak that this would happen, I would send you
to a mental asylum. I guess the joke is on me, so to speak. I wasn t, what some
would say, a confident person. I would just follow others and just do my job. The
outbreak changed all that. It changed everyone, especially me. Some people got
stronger due to the outbreak. Some became weaker. Being leader of the survivors?
This idea would be absurd to me before the outbreak. I never wanted to be a leader. I
just wanted to get by life like any other person. I didn t believe that I would make a
good leader. But I was wrong. What was that quote by Umbert...? Umberto Eco! It
was, The real hero is always a hero by mistake; he dreams of being an honest

Lab # 3 Predicting Maximal Oxygen Uptake
30 October 2014
KINE 3153: Physiology of Exercise and Human Performance
Dr. Murat Karabulat
INTRODUCTION: The energy to perform exercise for periods of more than 10
minutes comes mainly from aerobic metabolism (1). VO2max is a reproducible
measure of an individual s cardiovascular system s ability to deliver the required
oxygenated blood to a large muscle mass involved in exercise (1). The determination
of an individual s VO2max is commonly used to assess levels of physical fitness, as
well as develop and monitor training programs for athletes. The submaximal tests
have an error of plus or minus 10% which makes them invalid for the purpose of
long term training studies. For clinical screening purposes the use of submaximal
prediction tests is a viable option. There are three main advantages to using
submaximal testing. Submaximal testing does not take and individual to his or her
maximal limits, which greatly reduces the chance of a cardiovascular accident,
especially in older subjects. In addition expensive laboratory equipment is not
needed, and more subjects can be screened in a given period of time.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this laboratory #3 it to acquaint the class with different
methods to estimate VO2max, and to see how these predictions compare to VO2max
values acquired during Lab #2. Laboratory #2 was canceled due to inoperative
equipment, so those comparisons cannot be made.
11. Bletchley Blitz Research Paper
Unraveling the Enigma
Code breaking was a crucial part of the secret efforts of the allied forces during
World War II. Though modern day code breaking is a feat which can be achieved
by means of using advanced technology, during World War II, code breaking was a
vital and dangerous endeavour. The Nazi s Enigma code was one of the most
difficult and essential ciphers to unscramble. The Bletchley Park code breakers
actually created what was considered the first prototype of a computer for the
purpose cracking the Enigma code. In deciphering the Enigma code many lives were
lost, however, a larger number of lives were saved. The Coventry Blitz was a prime
example of how lives were lost in order to preserve the secrecy of the Enigma code.

Before World War II, Coventry was an important manufacturing and engineering
city in England which supplied the British military with products and materials
essential to Britain s war preparations. Once the Enigma code had been decrypted,
the code breakers discovered information about one of the main Nazi attacks on
Coventry, codenamed Operation Moonlight Sonata to the Nazis. News of this
attack was revealed to Churchill through FW Winterbotham, a British Royal Air
Force officer who supervised the distribution of ULTRA intelligence (Winston
Churchill). ULTRA was the codename for any vital information obtained from the
intercepted Nazi Enigma messages (History). Winterbotham delivered the
intelligence to Churchill when Coventry s name was decrypted from Nazi
messages on November 14, 1940 at 3:00 PM, the afternoon before the raid
(Winston Churchill). The November 14th raid was the most vicious attack
Coventry experienced during World War II. Nazi bombers released a deadly
amount of dangerous explosives on Coventry. Of the 568 people killed, more than
400 were burned so badly that they were unidentifiable. More than 60 000
buildings were destroyed, including 27 war factories (History). Although Churchill
knew in advance that the Nazis would attack Coventry, he deliberately withheld the
information because warning the city of Coventry and its residents of the imminent
threat would have alerted the Nazis that their codes had been cracked. Had the
Nazis known that their codes had been unravelled, they would begin using a
different form of coded messaging, thus rendering the progress of the code breakers
useless. (Daily Mail Online). It was necessary for Churchill to sacrifice the lives of
the people of Coventry to protect the endeavours of the code breakers in Bletchley
12. Colin Ferguson Analysis
Cultural variability is evident in history, cross culturally, and between social groups
within in today s cultures. There are many things that impact cultural variability of
norms such as race, gender, social class, age, subcultural and religious affiliation
(Velasquez, Andre, Shanks Meyers, 1987).
December 7, 1993, Colin Ferguson began to randomly execute the passengers on a
New York commuter train (Who is Colin Ferguson, 2017). After killing six
passengers and injuring nineteen others, he was finally subdued by three of the other
passengers (Who is Colin Ferguson, 2017).
Colin Ferguson was born January 14, 1959 in Kingston, Jamaica. His father Von
Herman was the managing director for Hercules Agencies, a large pharmaceutical
company. Mr. Herman was highly regarded and recognized as a prominent
businessman in Jamaica (Montaldo, 2017). Ferguson had four brothers and
afforded the privileges that wealth offers in an extreme poverty area. He graduated
from Calabar High School in 1969 with a grade average that was ranked in the top
third of his class (Montaldo, 2017). In 1978 his father was killed in a car crash and
a short time later his mother died from cancer. He would then suffer the loss of the
family fortune. At 23 years old Ferguson left Kingston, Jamaica and moved to the
U.S. on a Visitor s Visa (Montaldo, 2017). Ferguson arrived in America in 1978 into
a time when there were mostly white families holding privilege and wealth and
leaving a cultural that was quite the opposite from American. Ferguson also came
from a prominent Jamaican family with wealth and privilege that he would no longer
have.
The only jobs Ferguson could get in America were low paying and menial. He
blamed racist Americans for this problem (Montaldo, 2017). He got married to an
American citizen who was also of Jamaican descent. They soon moved to Long
Island but Ferguson continued to be frustrated with reports of loss of temper,
outrage, and racial bigotry toward white people who he felt stood in his way
(Montaldo, 2017). In Jamaica he was born into one of the top families in Kingston;
Government and top military members attended his father s funeral. In America he
was not given this honor which appeared to
14. Human Skull Essay
From Pompeian mosaic and Pre Columbian sculptures or reliefs, human skull
carried a symbolical meaning of death and was a source of its philosophical
contemplation and comprehension. Within long European tradition of Vanitas in
art, it served as a reminder of impermanence of life. Combined with luxurious items
and flowers, skull reiterated the inevitable transience of existence in Flemish still
lifes, reversed sides of portrait panels and ornate mirrors. It appeared in decorations
of kings tombs and church altars. Also, it was a warning symbol. Images of skull
would send the threatening messages message via Jolly Roger or criminals tattoos.

of war. Totenkopf insignia decorated SS deathsquad uniforms.... Show more content

always a meaningful image underlined with respect and fear.
In postmodern world, nothing is completely affirmed to its meaning. With ironic
deconstruction of narratives, image of scull started to make its way into pop culture.
Until recently, it was rather a slow pace movement through subcultures of bikers,
heavy metal bands, Pirates of Caribbean movies and through Alexander McQueen s

15. Strategic Sourcing Of A Supply Chain Management
Responsible Sourcing Before a supply chain manager can truly understand strategic
sourcing, they must have a good working knowledge of the purchasing and
procurement processes, which I will explain in detail later in my research. Strategic
sourcing is an aspect of supply chain management that is becoming more prevalent in
the business world. Without strategic sourcing a firm will not and cannot maximize
the potential of its supply chain and altogether meet the company s overall business
goals. Responsible sourcing is a new way of thinking that is dedicated to building
responsible supply chain coalitions that value human rights and work standards
across the world. As we have seen and heard in the news media in recent years, many
countries do not practice the same standards of work, facilities, and personnel
managementthat we do here in the United States. American consumers and they have
raised concern due to the scenes of children in sweat shops, miners working in
horrible conditions, and facilities that look as if though they should be condemned
and abandoned, housing hundreds of workers. This concern, hurts a company s
bottom line and therefore they have taken a proactive approach to ensuring that the
product we receive and use daily are being produced in a manner that does not
violate our values.

Philosophy of Education
No society has ever survived without some system of education. Education is,
perhaps, the most important of all social systems because it enables all the others
by training individuals for their social roles. Still, it is a system which is far too
complicated to perfect or even define. What is the best way to teach? What
knowledge is it necessary for an educated person to attain? Should an education for
one be the same as for another? In such an individual centered field, the answers to
these questions are as varied as the individual teachers, students, and others
themselves. There is no correct answer; each teacher s philosophy of education is
surely founded on their own experience, societal views, and ... Show more content on

The canons of literature, the principles of science, the exploration of history, and
many more all build a foundation of what it is to be human and part of a human
society. Lacking such an essential base, more liberal philosophies collapse.
These essentials, however, do not complete the picture. Knowledge and education
cannot exist in a vacuum; just because a certain volume of human knowledge does
exist does not necessarily mean it will be acquired or even prove useful without the
right conditions. When teaching people, one cannot neglect the role of the individual
in his or her own education. Students must want to learn, they must be motivated to
acquire knowledge, and they must be inspired to hold and apply it beyond a chapter
test or school year. By giving individual credence, validity, and applicability to the
material we teach, we grant the student the opportunity to intrinsically pursue
knowledge and to apply the facts of the world to new situations, question, not just
accept, and shape their own informed opinions. If the essentials are the roots of
education, individual motivation is its branches, and the fruit it supports are the
educated people such a system eventually bares.
Perhaps the goal of schooling is not necessarily to learn, but rather to learn how to
learn. To suggest education can occur in a set amount of time or that educated is a
binary state is to neglect the influence of the individual on the process. To merely
know
17. The Effects Of Binge Drinking On The Uk And The Health...
Introduction
Binge drinking is defined as people drinking plenty of alcohol in a short period of
time or get drunk (NHS, 2014). In other words, binge drinking is drinking alcohol
lead blood alcohol concentration (BAC) equal to or over 0.08g/dL. It means that
when men drink more than 5 units of drinks and women have over 4 units of alcohol
in around 2 hours is binge drinking.(NIH News,2014)Nowadays, binge drinking have
a large proportion among youths in the UK, which lead to the health problems to
them. In this essay, it will show the situation of adolescents of binge drinking in the
UK and the health problems to them. Also, the campaigns did by the Department of
Health and the Alcohol Concern. Moreover, evaluates the utility of those to help the
youths.
Situation
Binge drinking is a common issue in the UK. According to the Drinkaware (2015)
shows that the UK is one of the supreme countries of the rate of binge drinking in
Europe. And the circumstance of binge drinking is particularly round adolescents, for
example, under the investigation indicated that pupils are more conversant with beer
brands than biscuits. (Alcohol Concern, 2015) It indicates that teenagers know about
alcohol in early age, so have more chance to heavy drink. One of the reasons why, is
that most of the young people know about the alcohol though the internet or the
advertisement on TV. Due to the technology, is more wide range in recent years.
There are a high percentage of youths do not know the
18. Hydrogen Fuel Of The Future
With nations like Costa Rica, Albania, Paraguay, and Iceland all currently running on
100% renewable electricity, the notion of clean Audi e fuels rule and sustainable
energy is becoming a more realistic and feasible option in the minds of many.
Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe and has been present since
the beginning of time. Hydrogen is the smallest element in the universe, hydrogen
consists as a diatomic, gaseous molecule with a single proton and a single electron.
Hydrogen does not exist in its pure form on the planet, but it is present as a
compound in molecules like water, glucose, natural gas, and even oil (Busby).
Because it is found in such a variety of sources, hydrogen is the perfect power source
for fuel cells.
What exactly are hydrogen fuel cells and why will they be the fuel of the future?
Hydrogen fuel cells are a mechanical device that convert the electrochemical energy
found in a fuel source, like hydrogen, into electrical energy, with the only byproducts
being heat and water (Hoffmann 6). In all fuel cells there are two electrodes, an
anode and a cathode, with an electrolyte, a membrane capable of moving ions, in

the anode side, while oxygen, usually from the air, is pumped to the cathode. The
hydrogen molecule disassociates, and the proton passes through the electrolyte to
join the oxygen, while the electron from the hydrogen molecule travels in an
19. Descriptive Essay For Macarons
M is for Macarons I was fortunate enough to have been able to travel the world
from childhood to now, my early twenties. I have visited countries such as
Argentina to the cold forests of Romania, tasting traditional meals and treats in
every new place I went. I am not a sweet eater, but when visiting France on a family
trip, the tour guide took my family to a local bakery, and there is when I fell in
love with French Macarons. The crisp outer shell with a hearty layer of flavored
filliing in between, feels like your eating a perfect, edible cloud. Even though
individuals can have different levels of cooking skills, learning to bake easy
recipes and being able to follow simple steps with few ingredients can make
anyone feel like a skilled baker making one of the world s most popular French
treats, French macarons. Special equipment is recommended to have ready prior
to starting the baking process, so your macarons come out perfect with little to no
mess. Every baker needs a baking sheet, but a silicone baking mat is essential
because when removing the macaron shell after hardening, it will easily lift up
compared to parchment paper. A fine mesh sieve and a pastry piping bag with a 1
/4 inch round tip will be needed, too. Be sure to preheat your oven to 300 degrees
Fahrenheit so it can be hot a ready once you are done preparing your macaron outer
shells. Most baking recipes call for regular flour to be included in making your sweet
treat batch. For making French

The database corresponds to the sinking of the titanic on April the 15th 1912. It is
part of a database containing the passengers and crew who were aboard the ship,
and various attributes correlating to them. The purpose of this task is to apply the
methodology of CRISP DM and follow the phases and tasks of this model. Using
the classification method in rapid miner and both the decision tree and KNN

There is a clear division in classes demonstrated.

This graph answers my other question. What was the ratio of passengers who died,
male or female? From this we can see that mainly males did not survive. Although
there were more males on board (577), about 460 perished. From the females (314),
about 235 survived.
Another attribute that needs attention is the age category. I wanted to find out if the
women and children first policy was adhered to, but there are 177 missing age
values. This is going to complicate my results on this. From leaving the 177 as they
are, I get this graph:
Figure
My theory should indicate a higher level of survival amongst the younger age
group, but this is not conclusive in Figure 5. I thought that the fare price might
indicate a children s price and therefore allow me to fill in an age, but the fare price
doesn t seem to have much pattern. Another idea I thought might help would be to
look at the names of passengers, i.e. miss might signify a lower age. (In 1912 the
average age of marriage was 22, so anyone with title miss could have an age less
than 22.) Names which include master might indicate a young age as well. Figure 5
also indicates possible outliers on the right hand side.

22. Fall Of Disco
The Rise and Fall of Disco
The birth of Disco had a huge influence on the American culture in the 1970s. It
reached far beyond music and into fashion, club culture, and film. Disco was
created in Philadelphia and New York City in the late 1960s and early 1970s,
formed by people in reaction to the popularity of rock music and the lack of
progress of dance music in the late 60s. First heard in nightclubs for many minority
groups including Italians, Latinos, blacks, gays, and hippies, it was embraced by
women, as well as men, and many female entertainers came into fame because of
disco music.
The enthusiastic dance moves and vivacious sound of Disco gave young people a
reprieve from what movie critic Roger Ebert called the general depression ... Show

The disco style was steadily swapped out with Punk Rock anti fashion. The disco
look was considered too dramatic and out of touch with the day s politics. Anti
disco bitterness grew among rock fans who started displaying anti disco slogans on
their t shirts. Rock supporters were rebelling against disco and called rockers like
Rod Stewart and David Bowie sell outs for producing disco music. Rockers thought
disco music was shallow and useless, while their music was often political and
radical. A publicity stunt on July 12, 1979 by the Chicago White Sox association had
fans bring disco albums to destroy between games. It eventually culminated in a riot
known as Disco Demolition

Policy Analysis Paper:
Introduction:
While taking one of my SMC courses at St.Mary s University, my professor began a
discussion on plastics pollution and the effects it has on the environment. My
professor began to talk more and more about this uncharted territory known as plastic
pollution I never knew plastic was so harmful and what it is doing to our
environment. What I knew then does not compare to what I know now. Everything
that I have included in this research paper stems from what I have learned and the
policies we have in the United States, the state of Texas, and the city of San Antonio.

The Solution: would be to either provide incentivized programs and or tax on plastic,
or leave everything the way it is.
I will attempt to analyze our current use of programs to prevent further plastic
pollution the San Antonio area, and whether or not we stay with the status quo,
implement buyback programs or tax people who want plastic bags.
The defining issue at hand is the increasing plastic presence, the pollution it brings
along with, the disposal we provide, or do not provide. Plastic is going to be one of
the leading issues in the next few years, right next to climate change.
Background: Plastic is made up of carbon, this is a man made product which is
specifically from oil. There were other creations before the discovery of plastic, in
1923 it was the Macintosh and rubber, then in 1839 the company Goodyear
combined rubber and sulfur creating moldable stable substance, this process is
known as vulcanization. In the 1850 s though 1870 s there was the ivory trade and
billiard balls, and in 1909 the create of modern plastics, Bakelite. Then in 1930 we
created the thermoplastic.
There are 7 different type of plastics, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene
terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, polytetrafluorethylene, polyvinylidene, and
polypropylene. Polyethylene, is the more commonly found plastic, this is our plastic
bags, soda and water bottles, plastic films and their cases, and garbage bags.

24. The Military Events of the Meiji Restoration Essay
In this investigation I will look at the major historical and military events of the
transition of the Edo period to the Meiji Period and the Meiji Restoration and look at
how they relate to the freedom of Japanese people.
Japan during the periods of 1600 1868 A.D. was a land of seclusion, military power
and oppression. This was known as the Edo period. This however was one of the most
peaceful times in Japan s history. This peace was established through the military
powers of the Tokugawa Shogunate. This peace brought with it no real individual
freedoms. The supposed ruler of Japan the emperor was known as a du jure emperor,
ruling by permission from the Tokugawa Shogunate. In 1868, the Tokugawa shogun

The Black Ships (1853 56 A.D.)
During the rule of the Tokugawa Shogunate, there was a policy in place that cut ties
with any other countries. This policy was known as the Seclusion Policy. This policy
limited the amount of trade with other countries. This policy was still in place during
the arrival of the Black Ships. The Black Ships were a series of American gunships
with the intent on establishing diplomatic and trade ties between Japan and the
United States of America. This was an invitation delivered from the president of the
United States, Millard Fillmore, through Commodore Matthew Perry. After Perry had
delivered the message from the president, the ships left and promised to return in one
year s time. This ultimatum intimidated Japan. This started a negotiation that ended
the Seclusion policy. The document known as the Harry Treaty, negotiated by the
first U.S. consul, Townsend Harris, gave special provisions over the other nations
and started to end the Seclusion Policy. This treaty leads to further oppression of the
Japanese but not by their own government but the Western world. This will be
discussed later.
The Fall of the Tokugawa Shogunate (1867 A.D.)
This series of events began to undermine the Shogunate. The Japanese people began
to have a foreign influence that was intimidating. This intimidation was crucial as the
people were scared of the American forces that also returned a year later. This left
25. Human Motion Capture
Human motion capture is being used for more and more things. It is being used in
the clinical setting to define problems in gait or other athletic movements. Motion
capture is also being used in the field of entertainment to animate movies and video
games. We can track human movement through a variety of mechanisms. The
most common is to use cameras and reflective markers to track how the person is
completing a movement. There are downfalls within each of the ways to track
movement. For example, when using markers and cameras, each marker has to be
seen at all times by at least two cameras. Also, the markers need to be placed
directly on the skin otherwise they can move causing unnecessary data. And the
placement of markers can take an unnecessarily extended amount of time to
position. The goal of this paper is to address different ways and downfalls of each
way to capture human motion. This paper will also address new possible ways to
track human movement in a simple and time efficient manner.
Marker Based Motion Capture
Gait analysis has been used previously as a diagnostic tool in relation to
musculoskeletal diseases. More recently, it has been accepted as helpful in the
clinical setting when defining rehabilitation and preventative practices. The purpose
of gait analysis is to determine the cause or area of injury, to find the incorrect
movement.

Peter Hessler and a fellow Peace Corp. volunteer were placed in Fuling, and poor
town on the Yangtze River in rural China. River Town is more or less a journal of
what it was like being in Fuling on a day to day basis. He illustrates his experience
through stories of trips he took, people that he became close with, and situations that
required an open mind. Peter s job was teaching English literature at a small college
in the town; and through this was able to learn both about the tightly controlled
nature of being a foreigner in China, as well as some of the thoughts of the younger
generation through various assignments. He was greeted as a hero and was lavished
upon, but at the same time found it very difficult to be accepted by the locals, cadres
or not.
Many hot topics were addressed, from the Cultural Revolution under Mao Zedong, to
the independence of Taiwan. It is amazing how nationalized China is and how
standardized thinking is there. To the people there; Mao is good because he is a
revolutionary, and Taiwan is bad because they should be part of China. Everything
is simplified into this style of thinking and debate is not a valid avenue for students
(or teachers for that matter) to take. Hessler constantly fought with his position as a
foreigner, even after two years of living in the town. Ethnocentrism is evident in
China just like it is everywhere else, and even though Peter tried very hard to blend
in, he was never truly able to shed his waiguoren

28. My Opinion About My Dominant Style
1.What is your dominant style? What was your least (lowest total points) active
style? Are the findings of the survey consistent with your opinion about your
dominant style? As a team player, my dominant style is the communicator. I scored
a 48 in this column compared to my least active style which was the challenger
scoring only a 41 in that column. My findings of the survey are far from consistent
with my opinion about my dominant style because I strongly believed I was the
challenger and that actually turned out to be what I scored the lowest in. The
challenger asks tough questions about goals and processes. As a poet and someone
that loves the intellect of the mind, I m always trying to challenge someone s way of
thinking. Another trait of the challenger was that they aren t afraid of disagreement.
I can relate to this quality because I think disagreement is good because it helps
everyone in the group to be open minded and see it from the other persons side. I m
very surprised that my outcome didn t turn out as I expected.
2.What is the contribution that your style makes to a group environment? The
contribution that my style makes to a group environment is ensuring that every

President of Spoken Word Artists United, I never want anyone to feel like they are

We must now establish the basic principles, the basic values and beliefs which
hold us together as Canadians are the words written on a document I hold very
close to me, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In 2005, I recognized what the
Charter was, and meant, through an issue the polarized the nation, the Civil
Marriages Act. As a curious ten year old, I asked questions, I watched interviews
on CBC, trying to figure out why it was resolutely defended even after backlash
from many faith communities. As a young Sikh who decided to keep my hair and
wear a turban, I regularly got asked questions about it. My mother would proudly tie
my turban every morning for school, but I remember fearing that my gym teacher
would ask me to remove it or I wouldn t be allowed to participate in some sports....

Listeria monocytogenes, a motile, gram positive rod, is an opportunistic food borne
pathogen capable of causing listeriosis in humans. Listeriosis includes manifestations
of septicemia, meningitis, pneumonia, and encephalitis. L. monocytogenes is also
implicated in miscarriages, stillbirth, and premature birth for pregnant women. L.
monocytogenes is a tough bacterium resistant to freezing, drying, and heat; most
strains have been shown to be pathogenic. It is hypothesized that 1 10% of humans

Pathogenic L. monocytogenes go through an intracellular life cycle involving early
escape from the phagocytic vacuole, rapid intracytoplasmic multiplication,
bacterially induced actin based motility, and direct spread to neighboring cells, in
which they reinitiate the cycle. The bacterium is first phagocytosed by these cells
and secretes a pore forming toxin called listeriolysin, which allows the bacterium to
escape from the phagosome. All virulent strains of L. monocytogenes synthesize and
secrete listeriolysin. Phospholipase A and B are other virulence factors that
facilitate escape of L. monocytogenes from the phagosome. Once out of the
phagosome L. monocytogenes is capable of rapid division in the cytoplasm, evading
the immune response and moving throughout the cytoplasm from cell to cell. L.
monocytogenes is well known for its ability to propel itself like a rocket through the
cell cytoplasm. This is the result of the bacterium s ability to polymerize actin
filaments at its tail end. Actin is arranged in subunits to form microfilaments that are
capable of directing cell movement. L. monocytogenes accomplishes cell motility
through a virulence factor called ActA that takes advantage of normal actin
polymerization going on in the cell. The ActA protein shares sequence homology
with a protein called WASP that is found in virtually all eukaryotic cells. WASP is
responsible for recognizing and
31. John Somer s Cue For The Assassination
Betrayal is common when somebody has more power than the other individual.
Geoffrey Trease did the title of the novel Cue for Treason justice and he kept the
significance of it in many ways. First of all, the conspirators and villagers of England
did not like the changes that Queen Elizabeth I was making and they started turning
against her. Secondly, the treason is that Sir Philip Morton and other conspirators are
planning to overthrow the government. Lastly, the cue for the assassination was very
well planned out by the ruthless landlord as well as the other men involved. To begin,

John Somers was to be the chosen assassin to do the deed of murdering the Queen.
This is odd considering that he had been a member of the acting troupe and he is a
known conspirator but he has never, ever been an assassin. Additionally, The cue
for the assassination was missed. John Somers was waiting backstage for his cue
but it was never heard and he got taken away by the guardians of the Queen. Peter
and Kit were relieved that their plan to get him caught worked. They also knew that
they would now have no problems with the law and Peter can return to his home in
Cumberland. From the hard work the protagonists put in and the risks they took for
the Queen s life would be worth it in order to save England. In conclusion, the author
definitely proved the importance of the title Cue for Treason in the novel. These are
the following main reasons how he proved the title in the book. First of all the
inhabitants of England despised the adaptations that the Queen made to their country,
also the important men of the area prepared a superb plan to dethrone royalty and the
cue for the elimination was excellently organized. Once an individual receives
additional control over something more than other people, deception will

A growing business will cycle through four major stages in its development.
Evolving from a one person operation to a multi department company has its
challenges and rewards. In this paper, it will be described how each of the four
stages a business may pass through will affect it. The four stages of a business life
are as follow. In stage one, the business is being created and is operated often with
only one person. Stage two, organization growth, structureand employee management
can be observed. Stage three, owner s delegation of certain powers takes place.
Finally, stage four, being the creation of a more structured business, which entails the
creation of policies and procedures.

As the business grows, the owner s focus will have to change from overseeing the
day to day operations to focusing on getting investors and funding and potentially
developing new products or services. As I said earlier, since the proprietor will have
staff, he/she will need experienced manager to help them focus on the core operations
of the business as said by William Weirsema: The founder should realize that he or
she can t possibly be the best in the company at everything from marketing to
finances. Functions that can t justify a full time expert should be outsourced to
professionals that specialize. Possibilities include information systems, accounting,
human resources, marketing, and engineering. Hiring a chief operating officer is
usually advisable. (1999). Hiring qualified staff and manager will help the business
become more successful.
The fourth stage of business happens when the business has almost reached its full
expansion. It is the stage where the owner has to make decisions on policies, code of
conduct for personnel, job descriptions as well as internal control policies just to
name a few. It is also the stage where the owner will have to decide what type of
departmentation they want their organization to use. Whether it is by project, by
function or by matrix this will help the business being more efficient. Also, the
founder will have to decide whether its business should be centralized or

Statistics of earthquakes can be extremely important for it can give governments

Hope holds within it the ability to overcome misfortune and hardship, it is a
powerful guiding force that brings about a subtle optimism. Shawshank Redemption
is a film in which the idea of hope is explored in different ways through the lives of
three characters; Andy Dufresne, Red, and Brooks. These men are all serving time
in a rough and corrupt prison. Throughout the film, the director demonstrates the idea
that hope is important in the lives of individuals because it breeds courage, through
which individuals find the will to carry on. A lack of hope in one s life leads to fear,
without a positive outlook on his life; Brooks found himself becoming increasingly
afraid of the future and his impending release from Shawshank. That insurmountable

When Andy first reveals to Red his dream to go pursue a better life in Mexico, Red
says; Hope is a dangerous thing. It will drive a man insane, it has no place here.
This exemplifies Red s thoughts about hope, specifically how it was pointless and
futile. This also shows the effects that extended periods of time in prison have on
individuals. For many it is destructive, it will take away a man s hope; for Brooks
it brought about an insurmountable fear that extinguished any hope that he may
have had. Or like Red, it can turn a man bitterly against the mere idea of it. Or in
another aspect, for men like Andy Dufresne it can breed courage; the courage to
pursue unexpected friendships, and the courage to extend that hope to others. It is
only when Andy eventually makes his escape that the inmates realize how truly
powerful hope is. Andy made a lasting impression on people not because he was
hopeful but because he showed them the power and courage that one can muster
from hope. Andy Dufresne showed people how important it was to believe that
even in the darkest places, the light that comes from even the smallest flame of
hope brings forth the courage to persevere. This is best exemplified through the
transformation of Red,as seen in his concluding statement I hope I can make it
across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is
as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope. This is a powerful moment because Red
has come to realize the power that hope has in an individual s life. He is now
optimistic about his future, even going so far as to outwardly state that he

Component Two
Type of evaluation The type of evaluation that will be conducted will be a summative
evaluation. The summative evaluation will be conducted at the end of the program to
see if the goals of the program were accomplished. Were the children able to learn
about nutrition
Evaluation Goals
1)To determine if this program is successful in educating the children in various
cooking techniques.
2)To help children in a low income area discover affordable ways to meal preparation.
3)To determine if the program can be conducted in other low in come areas.
Evaluation Questions
1)Are the children committed to coming to the class on a weekly basis?
2)Is the program providing the children with life skills they can apply at home?
3)Are the children enjoying the program?
Rationale
The rationale of this evaluation is to confirm that the goals of the program are being
meet. That the children are being educated in making healthy choices and
participating in the program. In order for the evaluation to be accurate research needs
to determine if the program will be effective.
Component Three
Literature Review Learning how to cook is an essential life skill that not only
children need but youth as well. In an article by Jessica Herbert and her fellow
authors they mentioned how by participating in a cooking program it helps children
gain a new perspective on cooking (Herbert et al.2014). Mardie Townsend mentioned

movie does not convey a message. The movie does convey a message; Quentin
Tarantino just masks it behind the street savvy talk and murdering of persons who
wronged the boss. Pulp Fiction is about a world where cold blooded murder and
greed are socially acceptable. Virtues as Aristotle states are mainly based off of

Of course with greed being a main theme and Butch s survival of the fittest attitude
he gets a guy to bet on himself with as many bookies as he could and wins the
match, he also kills the opponent he faced and shows absolutely no remorse which
goes with the norm and theme in the movie; murder. Later on Butch is driving
back from getting his watch and sees Marsellus walking across the street which
leads to a chase scene into a pawn shop. This is where Tarantino does an interesting
thing, he introduces a greater threat, Zed and his brother, to fix the dispute
between Marsellus and Butch, this is also when Butch has his redemption/escape
moment. Marsellus is the first one to be taken to the back room while Butch is
tied up in the chair. Butch breaks free and can run away but decides to rescue
Marsellus; this is when Butch has his change of heart. He grabs the best weapon he
can find (a katana sword) to save Marsellus. Although Butch doesn t have a
monologue or anything about it, you realize he has escaped the morally wrong world
as well.
Vincent never makes the transformation that either of the characters previously
discussed made. In fact he completely denies the fact that those missed shots were a
divine intervention, he considers it a freak occurrence. Vincent like Butch was in the
beginning is filled with greed but Vincent also seems a little paranoid he thinks
killing is the only profession he would be able to do to make money. When Jules

Phenomenal Women By Maya Angelo Analysis In the poem Phenomenal Woman by
Maya Angelo expresses many viewpoints on the topic of women. She describes the
many attributes of women throughout the poem. Many think that a slim and trim

small insignificant features of a womanthat people or society never mention. She
believes and convinces the reader that these are the marks of a woman. The poems
central idea is; Women should embrace their natural traits and characteristics even if
society keeps telling you otherwise. Angelo starts this narrative poem by saying

42. Moral Issues In My Sister s Keeper
My Sister s Keeper novel is an interesting and exciting novel that addresses some
important moral and ethical issues. Judi Picoult had successfully published My Sister
s Keeper in the year 2004. The book tells the story of Anna Fitzgerald, a 13 years old
girl that was genetically selected to be a savior sibling to save her older sister s life.
Kate, Anna s older sister has an aggressive type of leukemia. Anna eventually filed a
lawsuit against her parents for the medical emancipation and the rights of her body
when she was expected to donate a kidney to Kate.
The events of the story take place in a fictional town called Upper Darby town,
Rhode Island. In the year 1990, doctors diagnose Sara s and Brian s Fitzgerald two

Hesitantly, Anna takes the stage and confess that she filed the lawsuit against her
parents because her sister Kate told her to do so. Anna also explains that Kate asked
her not to donate her kidney because she was bored of being ill and expecting to die.
At this particular moment, Campbell suffered an epileptic seizure. When Campbell
woke up, he explained to Julia that epileptic seizures are the reason that made him
leave her, and that s why he has a guard dog, because it can predict when the next
seizure will come. Although Anna loves Kate, a part of her wanted Kate to die so
she will not remain restricted with Kate and to have more freedom in her life. In the
end, the Judge decides to give Campbell the medical power of attorney over Anna
and grant her the medical emancipation. On the way back, Campbell and Anna were
injured in a car accident, and Anna underwent irreversible damage in her brain.
Campbell, with the medical power of attorney granted to him, decided to donate
Anna s organs to Kate. Although Anna died, Kate will still carry her sister with her
in her body.
My Sister s Keeper is a beautiful and emotionally moving novel that tells the story
of a girl who was created to preserve her sister s life but wanted to live her life
freely and independently just like any other normal girl. If you are not affected by
this novel, even to a little degree, then you surely have a cold heart. This novel has
taught me the importance of independence, freedom, choice, love, ethics, morals, and
justice. I will certainly recommend this book to all
43. Elihu In The Book Of Job
Suffering is so perverse in our world that we may even call it a part of the natural
human condition. No one is exempt from experiencing one form of hardship or
another at any point in life. What then is the ideal purpose of these afflictions ?
Aligning with Christian belief, I assume that God, beyond being both powerful and
knowledgeable, is also compassionate. As one who is as St. Augustine calls him
Goodness itself , how does Godtransform sufferings, commonly perceived to be evil,
to become something good? To answer this question, I turn to the speeches of Elihu
in the Book of Job. Unlike Job s other friends, Elihu argues that humans have much to
gain from sufferings. Additionally, I will also explore what God achieves on his part...

Tell me, if you have understanding. (Job 38:4, New Revised Standard Version)
When God appeared and spoke to Job, he talks about how he has not only created but
also maintained the world. God makes decisions in a bigger context and focuses on
the underlying mechanisms that allow life to exist on this world. Faith tells us to
trust in this better judgment that has conquered the test of time, as he has sustained
us from creation until today.
God spoke about his creations and how he manages to sustain them every day. This
shows that God is a god of life by the way he tends to the natural world. While there
are many things that we do not know about God, what we do know is that as a God
of life, he seeks to offer life to us by guiding us to humble ourselves, reject sins, and
repent. One way he does so is through sufferings, which may be interpreted as
injustice, punishment or death, when it is actually nothing more than another step
towards our

School vouchers are a waste of public dollars in private school because as economist

explaining three things of why school vouchers shouldn t continue to go on in private
schools. Those three things are one that vouchers pull money meant for public
schools to tuition run schoolinstead of improving school that need it. Second, it s
the parents responsibility to pay for their child to stay in school. Third, it takes
away from the schools budget to do things for the school as to pay for lunch, trips,

So that s why I think school vouchers shouldn t be running in any private school
anymore. Because sooner or later the private schools won t be able to support
every student they have in their school because of how much money they re
paying to keep the students on that school. And it s like the parents aren t even
supporting their child at the school that they signed their child up for. That doesn t
make any sense because that s like you sign your child up for something that cost a
lot of money and the company that supports that program has to pay for your child
to stay in that program. But the parents don t do anything. And who knows when
there will be a time when something important breaks, or something to be payed for,
but the school s budget is low because of the payments they made for all of the
students. This also leads to how many kids are in a school because it s not there s
going to be at least 80 kids in one school. Because there s going to be a lot more
than that. And guess what, the school has to pay for them to stay in school. Why
should schools have to pay for your child when that s the parent s responsibility. If
the parents can t afford it, then they need to send them to a public school so they don

members of the big cat family, jaguars can roar. The jaguar s roar sounds like a
deep, chesty cough. Deforestation rates are high in Latin America and
fragmentation of forest habitat isolates jaguar populations so that they are more
vulnerable to the predations of man. People compete with jaguars for prey, and
jaguars are frequently shot on sight, despite protective legislation. Jaguars are also

48. Characteristics Of The Leopard
The Leopard
Long ago, the leopard and the Ethiopian, his white hunting companion, lived in a
place called the High Veldt. The two dominated this vast grassland, and they were
able to hunt and catch any animal they wished. Their favorite meals consisted of the
plain sandy yellow brown coated giraffe and zebra. One sunny day, the giraffe and
zebra were hiding from the leopard and Ethiopian within the shadows of the trees.
Mysteriously, jagged shadow shapes appeared on the fur of the giraffe and the
zebra. The prey became permanently striped and spotted and were so well
camouflaged that the leopard and Ethiopian were now incapable of finding lunch.
The two hunters knew they needed to up their game, so the Ethiopian turned his
skin black. The leopard asked his companion to give him spots so he could blend
in, too. The Ethiopian pressed his five fingertips all over the leopard s plain coat;
both of them were now camouflaged just like the giraffe and zebra.
This retelling of Rudyard Kipling s How the Leopard Got His Spots is a fanciful
fable which portrays the cunning nature of the leopard. Besides its stealthiness and
competitiveness, this spotted wonder possesses several other traits which display
God s originality in creating it. In order to understand the significance of the leopard,
one must understand its physical characteristics and behavior, unique habitat and
hunting strategies, and extreme threats to its existence.

Education is a very important part of society. I feel that it should teach children how
to function in a society, and learn the basics they will need to expand on for the rest
of their life. I feel that it is used to teach moral, and ethical standards of living. The
schools are used to help the children learn to function in life, and achieve the goals of
their choosing. Education is important because without it I firmly believe that
society would be a very savage institution. With the things that we teach in today s
schools we give the power to know the basics such as reading, writing, and math
but we also give them the ability to function in a society. As a teacher I hope to set
my student of fire. I want to see them come alive with a desire to want everything
