5. The last four years, our surveying parties have been involved in a major
Government fire prevention project initiative working with Powercor in western
Victoria. To date Balpara has been involved in the undergrounding of 250km+ of
HV cables. We are set to be involved in another major project site in future.
POWERCORLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

6. We performed the project management & electrical/NBN design services for the electrical
infrastructure of the development for all lots, as well as the detailing and as builts.
Accredited with all Victorian utilities, VicRoads and VEDN for Electrical Auditing, we could
provide a wide range of URD services in-house, such as PM, design, drafting, site detailing
& auditing, speeding up the Statement of Compliance process.

7. The project involved a complex OH powerline survey & design, as well as
construction plan drafting of the new 22kV powerline route.
We designed the locations of 43 poles along the 3.5 kilometre route, running
from Epping Train Stabling Yard to Epping & South Morang train stations.
