EmergencyGenerator, Motor Control,Heat Tracing, Communications and Battery Systems. Evaluated contractors
bid packages and recommended vendors. Based in the fabrication yard at Longkou,China during construction and
pre-commissioning,moving to the offshore location for hook-up,commissioning and start-up. The facilities consistof
a 6,000 ton Drilling Platform bridge connected to a 5,200 ton Production Platform with a capacity of 30,000 barrels
per day. Performed design, procurementcoordination,construction supervision and commissioning for Phase 2 & 3
