We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. Assure Assignment Option #2
A- My class is almost evenly split between girls and boys. Also, they are a
diverse group. So, I will have to introduce them to a wide variety of holiday
traditions.
S- By the end of the year, my class will acquire a basic and socially acceptable
understanding of holiday traditions happening throughout the school year,
assessing them through their crafts and poems about the holidays.
S- I will use educational videos, crafts, books, and different calendars to inform
the students. In addition, I will have them write poems for each holiday
discussed.
U- My students will have a basic understanding of each holiday listed on the
calendar. For example, the week before Valentine’s Day, I will show them an
educational video about the history of the day, and then we will practice making
valentines. Then, I will read them a Shakespeare poem about love.
R- I will require my class to participate, listen, and watch all that we discuss. To
make sure they understand the holidays, I will look back at the crafts and poems
they create.
E- In evaluation, I will consider and understand that each student learns
differently. I need to make sure that I always have visual, auditory, and hands-on
activities for the students. I think the crafts and poems will provide a positive
outcome in evaluating their understandings.
