LED display system is aimed at the colleges and universities for displaying day-to-day information continuously or at regular intervals during the working hours. Being GSM based system, it offers flexibility to display flash news or announcements faster than the programmable system.
The LED display system mainly consists of a receiver and a display board which can be programmed from an Arduino.
It receives the message through serial port and display the desired information after necessary code conversion.
It can serve as an electronic notice board and display the important notices without any delay thus avoiding the latency.
The super shops are the places where people go to buy their daily using products and also pay for that. So the need to calculate the number of products sold and generation of bill for the customer. When people go for the shopping in a shop, we have to select the right product. After that, it’s a hectic to stand in line for billing purpose. Hence, we are going to propose the “Smart Shopping Cart System” that will save the track of products which are purchased and calculate the bill using RFID reader and Transmitter and Receiver. The system will also provide suggestions for products to buy based on user purchase history from a centralized system. In “Smart Shopping Cart System” every product in Mart will be attached with RFID tag, and every cart will be having RFID Reader, LCD display and Node MCU, Arduino Uno and Load cell sensor attached to it.
The probability of an LPG accident is same as that of an nuclear accident (i.e) one in one million.Leakage of gas creating fatal fire accidents have become a serious problems in households where LPG is to be used.Gas leakage in the system leads to the various types of accidents that may result in financial loss and also to human injury. It will also facilitate the auto booking by measuring the weight of the cylinder. The above mentioned is easily achieved by the use of modern day state of the art microcontroller and sensors.
As we know that in India 50-60% of the population owns the two wheelers, In 2019 the domestic sells of the two wheelers were quite higher, since it is the most sold vehicle in India because of its low price, But now a days it is the most unsafe vehicle because of the reason of safety, As we know that accidents are increasing day by day, we can also notice that many laws and protocols are implemented by government in order to avoid this accidents. Accidents can be known as the unplanned event or the mistake that may occur causing in injury and sometimes it also leads to death. The accidents in case of two wheelers are more related to other vehicles. This may be avoided by wearing helmets and riding vehicles without consuming liquor. Since this survey is on smart helmet for accidence prevention and also we examining various related techniques. This research also helps us to understand IOT technology which is being developed now a days. Smart Helmet is the intelligent system that detects automatically whether the person is wearing the helmet and has nonalcoholic breath while driving. Here we have a transmitter on the helmet and the receiver on the bike. There is a switch used to assured the wearing of helmet on the head. The ON condition of the switch ensures the placing of the helmet in proper way. An alcohol sensor is placed near the mouth, the engine shouldn’t ON if any condition is violated, when the rider met with an accident and the helmet hits the ground then sensor sense and give the information to main controller it will activate the GSM Module which automatically sends the message to the family member.

Accident Alert System using Advance Microcontrollerijtsrd
In India most of the accidents are happening due to vehicles over speeding. Sometimes if obstacle is close to the vehicle then they won't be able to judge the distance to apply instant brakes and accident is occurred. To avoid accident due to over speeding, obstacle detection using ultrasonic sensors is used. In this project ultrasonic sensor is used for 360degree detection of obstacle. If obstacle is in front of the vehicle less than safety distance, automatically brakes will be applied or if vehicle comes from backside of the vehicle and is at less than safety distance then the warning light is shown to vehicle. Sometimes if vehicle is coming very close to our vehicle just before hit the vehicle the airbags are open. Controlling and Reducing of Speed for Vehicles Automatically By Using Rf Tech...IJERA Editor
For vehicle safety and safety for passengers in vehicle is an important parameter. Most of the vehicles get
accident because no proper safety measures are taken especially at curves and hair pin bends humps and any
obstacles in front of the vehicle. This system can be used for the prevention of such a problem by indicating a
pre indication and also reducing the speed of vehicles by reducing the fuel rate of vehicle. As the action is in
terms of fuel rate so the vehicle automatically goes to control and avoids the accidents. At curves and hair pin
bends the line of sight is not possible for the drivers so the special kind of transmitter which is tuned at a
frequency of 433MHZ are mounted as these transmitters continuously radiate a RF signal for some particular
area. As the vehicle come within this radiation the receiver in the vehicle gets activate. The transmitter used here
is a coded transmitter which is encoded with encoder. The encoder provides a 4 bit binary data which is serially
transmitted to transmitter. The transmitter used here is ASK type (amplitude shift keying) which emits the RF
radiation.
Nowadays almost most of the countries are forcing the motor ri ders to wear the helmet and not to use the vehicles when the person is in drunken condition. But st ill in many places, the rules are being violated by the users. In order to overcome this proble m,an intelligent system has been embedded in the helmet itself. The signal detected by IR sensor from the earlobe region and an alcohol sensor will be transmitted to the vehicle control cir cuit. It will not turn on the vehicle, when the user is without helmet or in drunken condition. The system containing the GPS receiver will provide the geometric coordinates to the control unit. Based on this coordinates the user cannot drive the vehicle into no entry or no parki ng areas. If he enters into the restricted area, buzzer will get activated and vehicle speed also gets controlled. In addition to the above, when an accident occurs the system will start al arm and if the user tries to suppress the warning alarm then SMS will not be sent else it wi ll be sent to the users relatives/friends. This contact information coded in the system can also be modified as per the users need. During the theft, the current location of the vehic le can be identified by sending the message from the user to the intelligent incorporated system. By this way the recovery of the vehicle is also possible by GPS-GSM communication.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

2. S.AGARAMUDALVAN, II ND YEAR, MECHANICAL ENGINEER.
I am pursuing II nd year mechanical Engineering in C.K COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY AT CUDDALORE.
I designed an intelligent two wheeled motor vehicle to save the human life.
Causes of accidents:
1. Careless driving. 2. Driving without helmet.3. Drunken drive. 4. Driving fast without knowing speed brakers.5. Driving
off the side stand and 6. Overtake.
Due to this the accidents are more and more life-threatening. I am using new a technology in two wheeled motor vehicle to prevent
such accidents.
CAN DRINK THE LIQUOR AND RUN THE INTELLIGENT TWO WHEELED MOTOR VEHICLE?
If you drink the liquor and sit in the vehicle, the vehicle will not start because i have a gas sensor. This gas sensor sense the smell of the alcohol
from the body and stop the ignition system it does not let the vehicle run.
CAN DRIVE THE INTELLIGENT TWO WHEELED MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT TAKING SIDE STAND ? For this case i have a
read sensor. It stop the ignition system it does not let the vehicle run.
CAN DRIVE THE INTELLIGENT TWO WHEELED MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT HELMET ? The vehicle cannot be run without
helmet. I have used a RF sensor frequency 420.
Can Overtake? We have RF sensor frequency 840 control the speed of vehicle when driving/overtake or high speed.
CAN DRIVE FASTER IN SPEED BREAKERS ? We have ultrasonic sensor it reduce the speed when speed breakers ahead. I have also
using smart card to start the vehicle to keep away from theft.
