The smart helmet system uses sensors and modules to enhance rider safety. It includes an alcohol sensor to prevent riding if intoxicated, GPS and GSM modules to track location and send alerts if an accident is detected, a temperature sensor and fan to regulate internal temperature, and a vibration sensor to detect accidents. The system aims to automatically respond to risks and send alerts to reduce accidents and save lives. It links the helmet to the bike ignition to prevent starting without a helmet.

Nowadays the scenario that we come across in many cases of human deaths and severe injuries to people is because of two wheeler road accidents. For every four minutes there is one death being reported in India. According to the World Health Organization, we have identified that 40 percent of the deaths and 70 percent of severe injuries can be reduced if bike rider wears the helmet. There are areas around the world where the traffic of people is less. In such a situation, rider’s loss their lives. On considering these factors, no proper methodologies have been implemented to avoid accidents that are caused due to alcohol consumption and unconscious riding. The helmet includes sensors which ensure if the one who is driving the two wheeler is a sober and also checks if the rider is conscious or not. With the help of alcohol sensor MQ3, we check the alcohol consumption. If detected details of the vehicle is send which includes the vehicle registration number and rider details is send to the authorizes officials. For this a database is implemented. After sleep detection using heart rate sensor, if found to be unconscious the rider is alerted with a beep sound. Thus this helmet not only ensures safe riding but also recognizes the condition of a rider for safe riding. The main objective of our project is to provide an optimum solution to the traffic hazards and the road accidents. According to this project when a vehicle meets with an accident, immediately vibration sensor will detect the signal and sends it to ARM controller. Microcontroller sends the alert message through the GSM MODEM including the location to police control room or a rescue team. So the police can immediately trace the location through the GPS MODEM after receiving the information.

Accidents can be known as the unplanned event or the mistake that may occur causing in injury and sometimes it also leads to death. The accidents in case of two wheelers are more related to other vehicles. This may be avoided by wearing helmets and riding vehicles without consuming liquor. Since this survey is on smart helmet for accidence prevention and also we examining various related techniques. This research also helps us to understand IOT technology which is being developed now a days. Smart Helmet is the intelligent system that detects automatically whether the person is wearing the helmet and has nonalcoholic breath while driving. Here we have a transmitter on the helmet and the receiver on the bike. There is a switch used to assured the wearing of helmet on the head. The ON condition of the switch ensures the placing of the helmet in proper way. An alcohol sensor is placed near the mouth, the engine shouldn’t ON if any condition is violated, when the rider met with an accident and the helmet hits the ground then sensor sense and give the information to main controller it will activate the GSM Module which automatically sends the message to the family member.

This project should be fitted / installed inside the vehicle. If any Accident occurs then engine goes off and Alarm goes on. If there is no alcohol / no accident, then the Engine remains on and Alarm remains off. Even, if the Alcohol is detected, the engine goes off Alarm starts beeping.

CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

3. A helmet aims to reduce the risk of serious head and brain injuries by reducing the impact of a
force or collision to the head.
Many people don’t realize that helmet prevents from skull fractures. And we see many accidents
in the day to day life due to alcohol consumption so we are trying to implement alcohol sensors
within the helmet.
We are using GPS module to locate the position of ride on the two-wheeler with high accuracy
positioning, Since too much use of the helmet internal temperature rises which is not comfortable
for the rider, hence we make use of exhaust fan to maintain the temperature.

• It is 8bit microcontroller with 40pins
• It has three 16 bit counters
• It also has 32 programmable I/o lines with flash memory
• It is used to locate the worker’s position & to send conditional
SMS if there is any risk of life.

To sense the temperature inside helmet if more than 30° it turns on

It used to sense the vibration when accidental occur.

It is liquid sensor(IQL25) fixed to the helmet to sense the alcohol
consumption.

The life of a rider on two wheelers can be saved from
the road accident with standard protection with safety
feature.
The present situation in our country we are not using
this type of two wheeler and this technology.
Manual efforts and human errors, we need to have some
kind of automated system monitoring all the parameters.
