 The probability of an LPG accident is same as that of an nuclear accident (i.e) one in one million.
 Leakage of gas creating fatal fire accidents have become a serious problems in households where LPG is to be used.
 Gas leakage in the system leads to the various types of accidents that may result in financial loss and also to human
injury.
 It will also facilitate the auto booking by measuring the weight of the cylinder. The above mentioned is easily
achieved by the use of modern day state of the art microcontroller and sensors.
ABSTRACT
In order to analysis the characteristics of gas leakage and automatic cylinder booking system in our fastest world,
we planned to design a hardware to analyze these problem .
Our main objective is to be indicate the amount of load, gas detection, sms or mail id confirmation to your’s and
agent.
By analyze the information we can get a solution about the gas leakage and automatic cylinder booking system.
Keywords - Gas sensor, Load cell, node mcu (network purpose). In application apps (blynk, IFTTT).
DESCRIPTON
LOAD CELL SENSOR: We use load cell sensor to indicate weight present in the original loaded of the cylinder
in outlet delivery of the agency .
HX711 AMPLIFIER: By using hx711 amplifier purposes for in cylinder weight to show on analog is converted
into digital system for this amplifier.
NODE MCU: To flash the programme and then control the hardware for using end user interference(smart
phone) blynk also.
GAS SENSOR: Incase leakage of the gas to alert for your mobile for using blynk application.
LCD DISPLAY: Here we use a 16×2 lcd display for displaying the status of the cylinder i.e. leakage of gas if
occurred and weight of the cylinder continuously.
CLOUD FLATFORM: To show the display any place watch on the cylinder for this application, and reduce the
trigger weight to send sms and email.
MAJOR COMPONENTS
NODE MCU ( MICRO CONTROLLER )
 Its is brain of our project , this microcontroller to input the programme condition and then supply
working condition of hardware.
 It advanced material for GPS module for wireless purpose , then internet purpose condition level of all
the sensors.
 Node MCU is an open-source firmware and development kit that helps you to prototype or build IoT
product. It includes firmware which runs on the ESP8266 Wi-Fi SoC from Espressif Systems, and
hardware which is based on the ESP-12 module. The firmware uses the Lua scripting language.
 Voltage regulators are very common in electronic circuits.
They provide a constant output voltage for a varied input
voltage. In this case, the 7805 IC is a positive 5V regulator,
meaning it provides +5V as output.

 A load cell is a type of transducer, specifically a force transducer.
 It converts a force such as tension, compression, pressure, or torque into an electrical signal that can be measured
and standardized.
 As the force applied to the load cell increases, the electrical signal changes proportionally.
 In load cell fixed on the scale its supports from cantilever beam support to fixed on it.
 Then weighted on the material to bended on the sensor to show the weight to analyze then convert for analog
system.
HX711 AMPLIFIER
 Based on one type of Semiconductor’s patented technology, HX711 is a
precision 24-bit analog to-digital converter (ADC) designed for weigh scales
and industrial control applications to interface directly with a bridge sensor.
 It is 5V operation.
GAS SENSOR SPECIFICATION
 This type of gas sensor is MQ-6 , MQ-5.
 Its frequency range is 1-100mega
 5V operation.
 High sensitivity to alcohol , Methane, CO Smoke, and Propane ,etc.
 Analog output varies corresponding to the gas concentration level in the air.
 Digital output is high when gas concentration is high and low when gas concentration is low.
 LEDs for output and power.
 Output sensitivity adjustable.
 Weight approximate: 12g.

 This project will be useful for both domestic and industrial

ADVANTAGES
 The proposed gas leakage detector is promising within the field of safety. The attempt whereas
creating this paradigm has been to bring a revolution within the field of safety against the leak of
harmful and toxic gases to minimize and thus nullify any major or minor hazard being caused due
to them.
 Our system is reasoned to assist customers to upgrade their safety norms, act in consequently with
minimum needs on environmental problems and largely the basic function being prevented by
major disasters and protect life and property from reputed Accidents.
 The future work would create it additional adaptable and additional responsive for any application
it must be updated often. In future the system can be modified with the voice recognition system.
CONCLUSION
 Further , in this project we are going to attach servo motor
for automatic stopping of cylinder regulator incase there
is any leakage.
 Also the whole setup going to be insulated according to the
government norms.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
Most importantly, we are taking a huge step
towards a better future by accelerating the
transition to sustainable transportation."
