By taking advantage of Appboy’s advanced
messaging and testing tools, momondo
boosted its push notification open rates
on iOS and Android by 100% and 291%,
respectively, while also increasing the
conversion rate on its messages by about
64% on iOS and at least 73% on Android.
That significantly boosted the chances that
customers who had purchased standalone
plane tickets subsequently booked hotel
reservations through the momondo app.
