I have total 6 years’ experience with Hr & Admin Role.
Responsibility:-
Now days my role and responsibility for “Sterling & Wilson” Project handle for Hero
Moto Corp. Halol is as per below mentioned duties since three years:
 Handling Recruitment according to the manpower request given by concern department.
 Arrange interviews for all levels.
 Responsible for joining formalities of all new joinees as per the company procedure.
 Attends to employees grievances and complaints, provide guidelines if necessary.
 Organizes corporate events such as motivational activities, company dinner, birthday
celebration, corporate trip, etc.
 Maintain smooth running of the Human Resource Information system.
 Monitor timely update of personal records, (Personal details, position, salary, appraisal
outcomes, leave records, training details etc.)
 Assists in drafting out annual letters and promotion letter.
 Handling Statutory Audit & legal compliance.
 Handling Medical, PF,ESIC, PT and other Statutory Compliances.
 Maintaining & Supervising about all registers and forms as per labour laws.
 Supervising attendance data record and Prepare Muster sheet & Muster roll for salary
process.
 Handling Basic Administrative activities Like Vehicles, welfare, collecting insurance
quotation.
 Handling Labour licence process and compliances for various projects in Gujarat Region.
 Also solving issues with client HR as per situation.
 I also handle the Guest House related administration like Guest House expense
calculation, managing the stay at Guest House, House Keeping, Security, Electricity and
Maintenance.
 Finding of any issues related to Human Resource Management and discussion for the
same.
 Assists in exit formalities
