Responsibility:- 
Register maintain as per CONTRACTOR LABOR ACT-1970 
Contractor Manpower attendance sheet preparations and submitted to Project Manager & 
General Manager. 
PF/ ESIC and other HR related important paper work is done. 
Administrating Joining formalities. 
Co coordinating to get Employee ID Cards & Gate Pass Process.
Compile payroll data from time sheets and other records. 
Handling salary related issues/grievance. 
Staff accommodation related work solves by me 
Coordination of payment of PF & ESI, Professional Tax 
Administering Exit paper work including all statutory requirements. 
All Staffs Site Allowances Invoice prepared and submitted to Project Manager. 
Key Result Areas: 
 HR Operations: 
 To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to 
make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime,). 
 Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System. 
 Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal 
outcomes, and leave records). 
 MIS Reporting: 
o Maintaining documents related to Attendance of Personnel on a day to day basis. 
o Taking Care of Complete Staff Data Base. 
o Monitoring Relieving Procedures and Settlements & General administration-related work and 
Employee Co-ordination. 
Since Feb’ 2009 to Dec’2013 I have been job in Darshan Hardware Pvt. Ltd. At 
Ahmedabad for the post of Admin Executive. Work was HR & Admin related activities.
