■ Fulfilling exit formalities (Full & final settlement of exit staffs, Issue Experience & Relieving letter,
PF settlement, Gratuity Settlement).
■ Resolving issues of our staffs pertaining to their salary, leave, incentive and others.
■ Conducting enquiries against staffs alleged of any serious misconduct, violation of policies, or
continuous unauthorized absence.
