 Perform root cause analysis of the problems, Provide detailed problem resolution reports,

projects.
Provides multi-discipline input into the scheduling, designing and planning of projects.
In addition, the Commissioning Engineer also develops multi-discipline commissioning strategy documents for
projects.
The responsibilities of the Commissioning Engineer include the reviewing, approving and overseeing the
installation and design of minor temporary commissioning supplies and systems.
In addition, review and approve all multi-discipline commissioning processes to ensure they are compliant
with the procedures, specifications and standards of the project.
It is the Commissioning Engineer's responsibility to make sure that all commissioning procedures follow all
appropriate safety practices and procedures.

 Supervising the R.O. plant operation. Check the controlling parameters such as pH, Temperature,
Feed Pressure, Reject Pressure, Flow rate, Conductivity and chlorine etc. in the R.O. system. (Ref :-

3. Utilities Check and Specialty Chemical Application
 Responsible to provide sales engineers equivalent products for the competitor’s chemical, dosage
rate and price.
 Visit with the sales engineers to the clients for technical presentation of the chemical treatment and
collect the engineering data for the unit for which chemical treatment is to be applied.
 Analyze the utility water on site and give the report with suitable remarks. Using HACH & HANNA
potable test kits for on site analysis.
 Calculate the dosage and prepare the proposals for the proper chemical treatment to Steam Boiler,
Chillers, and Cooling Towers & Swimming Pools as per requirement.
 Responsible for the initial charging of each system with chemical and fully instruct owner’s operating
personnel to ensure continuation of proper water treatment.
 Conduct periodic technical service visits to perform field inspections and make water analysis on site.
Details finding in writing on proper practices, chemical treatment requirements, corrective actions needed.
 Maintain and update regularly competitor report.
 Maintain and analyzing customer stock and sales report system.
