I am employed as a Project Engineer with a staff of 3 Engineers & 24 Technicians reporting to me.
Currently I am managing 4 projects (3 DCPS & 1 Mall). Below are the major projects I have worked
upon with respective tasks.
1. Le Meridien - Centrifugal Chiller plant (DCP) Period : On going

Details: The Chiller plant is a newly built serving Le Meridien Hotel. The plants consist of Five water-cooled chillers
from Trane, capacity 1000Tons each. I was involved from the commissioning stage of the plant and was
responsible for snag generation and taking over from the contractor. Below are my responsibilities in brief.
Responsibilities
 Planning and scheduling plant Operation & Maintenance activities.
 Monitor plant Performance based on Kw/T.
 Monitor and control water treatment program, perform in-house daily water testing.
 Record and update all parameters related to plant production and utilities.
 Prepare daily reports and send it to the client.
 Prepare monthly plant production reports and spread it across for quarterly and annual reports.
 Follow up with third party contractors for maintenance.

3. 2. Sweihan Airbase - Centrifugal Chiller plant (DCP) Period : On going

chillers from Carrier, capacity 1000Tons each with a Thermal Storage Tank of capacity 2500Ton. I was involved
from the commissioning stage of the plant and was responsible for snag generation and taking over from the
contractor. Below are my responsibilities in brief.

clean takeover from Contractor post DLP.
 Establishing, maintaining and managing the maintenance procedures.
 Implement PPM schedules generated from the CMMS system and make changes as per site condition.
 Analyze the efficiency of HVAC system, take required actions for improving the efficiency.
 Compiling the O&M report for the Mall indication HVAC system efficiency, Utility consumptions etc.
 Liaising with individual tenants/ client for maintenance & modification issues.
 Ensuring safety standards are maintained on site.
 Ensure quality of work is maintained and highlight recurring faults.

capacity 2500Ton. I was involved from the commissioning stage of the plant and was responsible for snag
generation and taking over from the contractor. Below are my responsibilities in brief.

6. Tabreed, National Central Cooling Co. P.J.S.C Jan 2011 - May 2013

District Cooling Plants: Tabreed is a district cooling company with about 60 DC plants spread across UAE. Joule
has been responsible for Maintenance of Cooling towers –Mechanical, Chemical & Structure.
I was appointed as the lead engineer from Joule to lead the team responsible for the total scope. Below are my
responsibilities related to this project.
Responsibilities
 Establishing, maintaining and managing the maintenance procedures & task at sites.
 Prepare and implement schedule to meet the target days to complete each plant.
 Analyze tower performance and recommend action to the client.
 Preparing Service reports highlighting each tower efficiency individually.
 Preparing summary report for each area and sending it to each zone manager.
 Liaising with Tabreed staff for site access and other site issues.
 Coordinating with workshops to fabricate / refurbish damaged parts.

7. Abu Dhabi Business Hub- Office Towers Jan 2010 – Dec 2011

towers have Air cooled chillers from Career. The Scope under my responsibility was Complete MEP, Fire Alarm &
Fire Fighting.

 Implement PPM schedules generated from the CMMS system and make changes as per site condition.
 Set up customer complaint procedures and close all the calls on daily basis.
 Prepare and send daily reports to the client.

 Attend weekly meetings with the client and prepare minutes and follow up with actions required.

Al Tayeb Centre : Al Tayeb Centre is a strategic store spread across 1.5 Sq.Km belonging to EMKE. It consists of
one DC plant with four water-cooled chillers from Carrier, about 10 cold storages and 3 warehouses. I was
assigned to manage the commissioning of the above facilities.
Responsibilities
 Compiling commissioning management procedure.
 Implement all pre-commissioning checks as required by the contractor.
 Conduct site meetings with Consultant and contractor and provide our recommendation.
 Ensure all mechanical installations are done as manufacturers recommendation and good workmanship.
 Generate snag list and highlight it to the client.
 Follow up on snag rectification.
 Issue Job completion certificate for each equipment installed.
 Compile O&M Manuals with complete details including warranty certificate.
9. Mazyad Mall, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E Aug 2008 – Aug 2009
