Extract, process, transport and store methane gas from KIVU
Lake,
Build a power station with an installed capacity of 30 MW
operating on fuel oil and methane gas and ensure its operation

Build energy transmission lines (high, medium and low-voltage)
and associated stations to interconnect [possibly] with-existing
