 Erection & Alignment of Rolling mill furnace and its charging and exit areas.

 Erection & Alignment of Rolling mill exit furnace area (Descaler, hoods, disappearing rollers, snap shear & pinch roll)

such as (Rotary charger, Rotary valve, VS2 valve, Flow Feeder, Expansion joints, hydraulic system, Grease
system…etc.).
 Supervised and executed installation of newly installed equipment in the rest of the DRP plant areas such as (PGH,
CO2, W.T.P, Gas treatment and Material handling)
 Maintain proper functionalities of machines and mechanical equipment.

2.  Controls project plan by reviewing equipment specifications and data.
 Supervised and checked level, verticality and orientation of newly installed equipment.
 Supervision and receiving the newly equipment steel structure erection reports.
 Supervised and checked for civil jobs such as (equipment concrete base level, level pinch mark Determination and
shifting & anchor bolts holes size).
 Carried out Pre-Commissioning and Test procedures.
 Carried out load test for all DRI plant hoists with different capacities (from 1Ton up to 20Tons) along with SGS Co.
 Responsible for Commissioning of hydraulic oil lines loops for air blowing, hydro-test, flushing & Pickling.
 Carried out hydraulic pipe lines modification.
 Carried out commissioning and function test for Rotary valve, VS2 valve & Flow Feeder system.
 Participated DRI Plant start-up and shut down.
 Supervised & carried out flow feeder sealing system alignment and replacement job.
 Supervised, Mentored and coached the technicians, production workers and field engineers in completing assignments
successfully.
 Prepared the erection technical reports for the newly installed equipment.
 Schedule and obtain project material and manpower.
 Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications.
 In charge of final check in site, end of erection check lists and MCC’s.
