Shabakat company construct end to end network solutions carrying out installations of natural gas
networks, constructing pipelines networks, pressure reduction stations and pressure vessels and construct

 Our company works now with one of its projects for supplying natural gas to 30,000 domestic
customers and commercial customers in Cairo city with budget 35,000,000 L.E for overseas
natural gas company. 25 % of Projects have been completed according to project time plan and
cost plan without any LTI. Responsibilities & Achievements similar to the post below.
-Projects Manager (Reporting to chairman).
 Promoted to this position due to an excellent track record in managing projects , follow up and
supervise constructions of gas projects in TAQA group , Natgas group and shabakat Company. Our
company finished a project for supplying natural gas to 50,000 domestic customers in fayum city
& commercial and industrial customers with budget 120,000,000 L.E. 100 % of Projects have been

Promoted to this position due to an excellent track record as a section head Engineer to follow up and
supervise , operation .maintenance and project execution , constructing the Gas Distribution Network ,
main pressure pipelines and sector regulators. Also my previous experiences in feeding industrial
zones with N.G lead to this post. VIP sector is most sensitive part in our company as its income almost
80 million EP / year from contracting and projects execution with factories gas supply and touristic
villages in October and Elshiekh Zayed city. VIP department achieved 270 factories in 6th October
industrial zone, 55 touristic villages in October & Elshiekh Zayed from surveying phase till converting

Responsibilities & Achievements:
 Begin with section head post in NATGAS CO. for Cairo Elmokattam operation area , mainly work
for developing and establish emergency team – operation team – customer service team &
successfully done.
 Implementing company operation maintenance plan.
 Carry out all predictive and preventive maintenance and repair processes related to the 7 bar and
100 mbar Polyethylene Networks and Under Ground Gas Valves.
 Develop and follow implementation of patrol plan to secure the gas network.
 Prepare and follow SOP (Special Operation Procedure) to rectify any network defect.
 Immediate respond to any type of gas emergency cases related to any of the Gas Network

Responsibilities & Achievements:  Participate in the development of scope of work of operation activities ensuring that maintenance and operation requirements are applied and in compliance with Company Code of Practice.  Carry out all predictive and preventive maintenance and repair processes related to the 70 bar, 7bar, 100 mbar Networks, (Under, above) Ground Gas Valves and PRS’S.  Manage all the operation activities for supplying Natural Gas to Hamoul Industrial Zone – delta sugar factories- to ensure safely and continuity –nonstop - of feeding industrial zone with natural gas.  Managing and controlling the maintenance budget to comply with Cost Baseline.  Ensure thoroughly integration of scope change control with all control processes.  Ensure safety, reliability, etc. of operation deliverables to end-users and assure customers satisfaction.  Lead a team of 20 technicians for operation and maintenance.  Provide essential training to operation team work.  Make sure that pipeline cathodic protection assets and values are in range and safely.
  • 9. 9  Developing operation team skills by holding periodical sessions to explain and discuss lessons learned from performed activities.  Conducting daily, weekly and monthly reports with the operation teamwork to measure and improve the operation and maintenance performance.  Make sure that all material specifications are at approved standards.  Provide Risk Assessment of all potential hazards.  Make sure that all project activities are performed according to HSSE Management Processes.  Follow up Accident, Incident and Near-Miss Reporting and Investigation Procedure when needed.  Prepare and present; on weekly basis, A Performance Report which include all of Status, Progress and Forecasting Reports to District Manager.  Prepare and present the final report for the pipelines and PRS’S status.  Response and deal with any type of emergency and gas escape cases. -Project Engineer (Reporting to District Manager) FROM 2002 TILL 3/2003 Promoted to this position due to an excellent track record as a Construction Engineer to follow up and supervise a project execution of constructing the Gas Distribution Network and main high pressure pipelines for the Industrial Zone in Hamoul. And to follow up and supervise a project execution of supplying natural gas to different kinds of commercials; bakeries, restaurants, hospitals, etc. in kafr Elshiekh City. Also, carry out the responsibilities of the emergency engineer post according to a company preset schedule. Projects had been completed safely without any LTI.
